New school year

I walked down the hall, silently but quickly so that I could reach 1st period.

I tried to avoid looking or talking to people because that's what I do. I have no friends either because I'm not a really social person.

As I reached the door to biology, a familiar pink-nailed hand shot out from the side stoping me in my tracks. Dammit.

"Well, well, little miss loner is still all alone", Donna Thompson, the slutty cheerleader smiled as she looked me up and down. Her posse giggled behind her.

"Feeling the need to kill yourself yet? please do, god your so worthless, I'm surprised your parents haven't kicked you out yet!" this time all of them burst out laughing as I stood there, ready to die.

"RRRING!!!" saved by the bell, thank god.

"This isn't over loner, just wait til lunch" she smirked and turned on her heel, posse following behind.

This day was not going to be great.

I think it was safe to say today wasn't to bad.

Ha, I can't even lie to myself, Jeez. I'm a terrible liar.

I shook my head as blood dripped from my nose and mouth and dark purple bruises stung all over my body. she didn't lie about lunch that was for sure.

I don't know how I made it through last period without anyone noticing me.

Typical.

I kicked a little rock on the pavement as I came closer to my house and thought about Adam. He made me feel so good over the summer. he made me feel like I had something to live for. he was my life.

I reached my front door a while later and unlocked the front door with my spare key.

I silently tip-toed into the house and quietly walked to my room. I through my bag on my bed and freshened myself up, I don't want my parents knowing what goes on in school. They are overprotective enough as it is.

"Faye, sweetie, are you up there?"

I mentally groaned.

"Yes mum!"

"Okay, din dins is ready!" I made my way downstairs ready for another meal on just another day without Adam. I wonder what he is doing right now. . .
