I slowly grabbed the arrow out of the bag compartment whilst keeping a close eye on Isak. "Shit!" he looked my way, I Hid behind the bushes and with shaky hands, I inserted the arrow into place. I lifted the bow and arrow off the ledge and focused on one of the archery rings. I took a while to finally shot it since Isak was constantly walking back and forth.
"just a little a further..." I whispered...
Without hesitation I shot the arrow, Bullseye.
Everyone went quiet and everyone made their eyes towards where I was hiding. "ha, their faces" I chuckled and crawled out the bushes. Isak looked at me with disbelief, "Emily? what why how?" "y-y-you just shot a bullseye" He looked slightly annoyed.
"Why didn't you arrive earlier?" Alexa peered from behind the climbing wall
"I don't know. I just didn't feel like it" I shrugged but I smirked a little
"I could feel Isak's eyes following me probably in disgust since he thought he was the "saviour"
"anyways we should probably train... we all need but expect me I mean..." He chuckled
I let out deep exhausted sign I couldn't stand him and I tensed a little ugh.. I bit my lip and kicked a stone.
"oh and It's time for your ritu-" he tried to finish his sentence
"I know who my father is... like I knew for A LONG time" as I patted his shoulder and made my way towards the office
"WHERE DO YOU THINK YOUR GOING?!" he yelled
But I ignored him. I unlocked the door towards a back underground entrance of the office and I knew for sure that he didn't have the keys. I'm pretty sure that only Nico and I have access. annd obviously the gods. I skipped over the stairs and lit the fire lamps at the entrance of the library. I skimmed through the rows. Technically it isn't a library, well there are a few books but it's more just a storage of old weapons that were mainly used by our parents. It's designed like a maze so you really need to be aware of your surroundings. As I kept on running down the aisle, I saw the Hades section and everything hit me... I remembered my dad showing this place, It was decorated with dark colors and on the roof it was embroidered with skulls and in the middle their was the huge Hades sign. I made my way down the aisle and found My section "Emily, daughter of Hades" I smirked "Home" and ran towards the room.
I was looking for my Amulet which would allow me to hear from miles away and basically protect me. "yes" I whispered in satisfaction, I dusted off the amulet and took a moment to admire it. I continued to look through the boxes and found some arrows. So, I decided to take them just to be safe. I looked to the left of me and saw Nico's section I sighed, and now I realized how much I missed my god damn brother.
"I'll find you"
"I promise."
and ran back to the entrance.
