"We have to figure out what happened. Right?" Scott asks looking at everyone in the group.
"The kid is right, if we are going to fix this we need to find the root of the problem" Dean answers.
"Well now is probably a good time to say that I've been feeling like something weird happened while I was in Heaven" Stiles says scratching the back of his head.
"Yea that may be important" Dean says sarcastically.
"Define weird" Cas responds not acknowledging Dean's sarcasm.
"I don't know it was just weird" Stiles says hunching a bit.
"Usually when you define a word you don't include the word" Sam says with a laugh.
"Yea okay, well I don't know how else to describe it. I just know that what was supposed to happen when you go to Heaven didn't happen to me" Stiles explains.
"I'll ask around, I'm sure some angel knows something" and with that Cas disappears without even a quick goodbye.
"Does he always do that?" Stiles asks.
"He just doesn't know how to socialize" Sam replies.
"Okay, so what do I do while he's searching for information?" Stiles asks looking at his hands.
"Well first don't throw your friends into walls with your mind. Second, just don't use your angel power for anything. If other angels or let alone people find out about you then it's over for you. Got it?" Dean says not losing eye contact with his half brother.
"Got it pops" Stiles responds with a straight face and Scott starts to smile behind him.
"Yea okay, we will keep touch" Dean says not finding the dad joke funny.
"Sorry, do you prefer dad?" Stiles asks.
"This one thinks he's such the jokester doesn't he?" Dean asks Sam as he gets in the Impala.
"It's good he's still got a sense of humor after everything he's been through and everything that is going on" Sam responds slamming the passenger door.
"What do you mean, the kid is used to it" Dean says.
"Did you see how Cas looked at him? Dean, something is very wrong with Stiles and I mean VERY wrong" Sam says spending time on the very.
"I know, I know. He wouldn't even get out of the car, but we can just do what we always do. Save the victim and return the balance" Dean says paying attention to the road.
"Yea, just like always" Sam says not really meaning what he said.
