I got to the entrance of the shop for the second time. As I pulled the door handle I heard the familiar ding of the bell above my head.  I ran up to the register after seeing my table was empty with my phone no where near it. I looked to the man working the counter with a bored expression plastered across his features. He looked up at me with a confused face. After all it was the third time I visited that counter in a day.

"Back for more coffee?" He said with a smirk.

"No, not at all. When I was here earlier I think I left my phone at my seat. Please tell me someone brought it up here." I already knew the answer: no.

"Sorry, no one's brought anything up here. Are you sure you checked around the table? Positive you didn't leave it somewhere else?" Great, i thought.

"Is there anyone else it might've been handed to? Maybe I can ask the manager or another cashier, is there any chance you've taken a break since I le-" I was cut off the clearing of someone's throat behind me.

"Excuse me, I think you might be missing this. Overheard your conversation and it just so happens I found this lovely glitter encased cell phone." The voice said. I've heard that voice.

I turned around to see the guy with the hair from the party. He was holding my phone.

"Oh my God, uhm yeah that's mine. Thank you." I breathed in relief and was handed the phone.

"I was just coming to see if it belonged to anyone. Trust me, I wouldn't have taken it. The sparkly accessory really isn't what I'm into." As he spoke I looked at him. His tattoos were much more prominent in the artificial lighting in the shop. Two sleeves ran up the portions of his arms visible below his T shirt. His hair was dark brown with curls spiraling around his face. The green in his eyes was very noticeable. Emerald would be the word to describe them nicely. His outfit was all black as his v neck adorned his upper body and black jeans hung around his waist. If it weren't for the clothes and tattoos, He'd be much less intimidating.

"Is there something wrong?" He caught me staring. Shit.

"No, no sorry. Uhm thanks again for returning it. I really appreciate it. I have to get going now." I was completely and utterly awkward. He must be so impressed by my social skills I thought.

I walked to the door, hopefully for the last time that day. I noticed it started raining. Not too much, just enough to make walking back to my dorm uncomfortable. I started walking down the sidewalk when my conscience began to tell me to try and start a conversation with him.

As I opened the door halfway, I turned around to face the inside of the coffee shop once again only this time, I almost ran into him, catching myself just before my face collided with his chest. I then realized just how tall he was.

"Oh sorry, I didn't realize you were walking out. I just wanted to say thanks again for finding my phone and not just ya know, leaving it or stealing it. Not that you would steal it though. I'm not saying you're a criminal or anything I just uhm..." Words Jess. Use words that won't make him think you're judging his character please. I just shut my mouth before I dug my hole deeper.

"Am I intimidating you, love?" He looked at me with an obvious smirk across his face.

"No, I...I was just flustered because I almost knocked myself over running into you..." If my face wasn't red before, it definitely was now.

"Well I would've caught you, or tried to at least. I'm not that much of a monster."

"Ok well, that's good to know I guess. Anyway my name's Jess and just thanks again. It means a lot." I wasn't sure why I started this in the first place. I could be halfway to my dorm by now.

"Alright you're welcome. Now if you'll excuse me, I was on my way out." He was very short in his response.

With that he moved passed me and out the door into the rain. I watched the way his back twisted and turned under his shirt. His muscles looking like wheels turning in a machine. His hand ruffled through his untamed hair before pushing it back to its previous position. I realized I didn't even get his name. I called out to him from the door where I still stood.

"Did you want to tell me your name?"

He looked back to me for a split second before turning his head back to the direction he was heading. I thought he was going to ignore me so I began walking the opposite way toward my dorm. Then I heard him shout back to me.

"Harry."

And the rain started pouring harder.
