It was days before Camile woke up, five days to be exact, when she did she just looked around. She remembered the mirror and seeing Leo, then being put in some glass room. She swung her legs off of her bed and walked to the door. She turned the nob and walked out into the living room. There was fighting, sparring to be exact. In a rush of adrenaline she shot out of the hall and saw Raph flying towards her. She caught him by the shell. "Whoooaah!" "Need some help Raph?" Camile shot a smile. He tagged her in, in an instant she wiped Mikey out with a single kick. She had more trouble with Don. He tripped her with his bowstaff and she caught herself in a perfect split dropping Don to the ground. She backflipped towards Leo landing behind him. He was reading on the couch, he was so in tuned to his book that he didn't realize that she was behind him. She pulled his bandana, making him look up. "You know, with you reading so intentively, one of the guys could have knocked your head off. Anywho... I was going to go for a run wanna come with me? I figured we needed to talk." he set the book down on the table and followed her.

Raphael was helping Don and mikey up and saw them leaving. "Where you guys goin'?" "For a run, we'll be back in about an hour. Don't worry Raph, my phone is on me and it's on full blast. If you feel more comfortable you can call us every ten minutes, okay?"She asked with a grin. "Cam, ONE hour, no goofing off." Cody said. She spun around to see her brothers standing there. "Oh brother." She murmured under her breath. "Don't worry Cody, I'm not going to get myself into trouble..." she leaned back onto the door and suddenly it opened.

She fell backwards landing flat on her back. "Oh hi Camile. What's up?" April said with a smile. Camile looked up and sprawled to stand. "Oh hey April, hey Casey." "Where you two off to?" Casey asked looking at Leo. "For a run, but we can stay if you need us to." "Oh no, if you two want to go then we aren't stopping you." April nodded. "Cam, maybe it would be better if you did stay. You don't have to go out right now right? I mean you are still healing right?" She shuddered at this and her eyes darted to her right gaze locked on the tile. "Yeah I guess you are right Cody. But of course I can never seem to take care of myself right?" She snapped walking by Leo, eyes fixed on the ground. "I think I'm going to go meditate." She stated quickly before transforming and flying up to the big pipe she liked to sit on. Cody looked at Alex and Jeremy for support. Leo looked up and saw her. She sat hugging her knees staring off into space.

He looked back and found master splinter looking at him. "Well we brought a movie, we figured all of you guys could use one." "And we figured we can go for an icecream run afterward." Casey added. "I'm in!" mikey said. "Count me in too" Raph stated simply. "Diddo." Don said. "Leo?" Casey asked pondering. "Nah, I think I'm going to go read or something." He replied turning. Cody looked up at Camile seeing her hugging her knees, he flew upward. "Cam, you sure you're okay?" She looked up angrily. "Stop treating me like a helpless little kid! I'm fine! Leave me the shell alone!" She said jumping down and landing with a roll. Flames hurtled off of her tight fists. She closed the door with a slam. Cody floated down landing softly on his feet. Leo turned in the direction of Camile. He looked down to the ground then looked at the guys, without a word he kept walking. Little did they know, Camile had a strange vision and was in desperate need of a talk.

Camile ran through the sewers, tears running down her cheeks. She phased through the sewer lid transforming and flying high in the sky. "Everything I do! EVERYTHING! I'm always the one in danger, the one who needs rescuing. Not anymore! Never again will that happen to me. I'll show them, I'm not a damsel in distress anymore!" She yelled. Cam flew until she saw nothing but trees, she landed and began to walk. Suddenly the sky displayed a threatening tone of black, one that swallowed up every ray of sunshine. Soon enough it started pouring. She looked up hands raised in fists and let out a sigh. She found a small indent of a cave and crawled into it. She heard chirping, looking down she saw two baby birds in a small nest, overtop of them was assumingly their mother striving to keep the little one's warm. A silent tear strode down her cheek, she raised her hand and lit a branch on fire, the dim light and erupting heat kept them warm. Hugging her knees, she drifted into a deep sleep.

Back at the lair discussion erupted between everyone. "I don't think Cam's coming back." April told them. "Do I really treat her like she's helpless?" Cody asked. "I never noticed before but we all kinda do." "All those times, telling her to hide, to find a place that was safe, the entire time we were telling her she was helpless, we made her believe it." Don said. "We all treated her like she was helpless, all of us." Raph said realizing the pain in his own voice. Suddenly Leo hit the wall with an iron fist, "How could we have been so oblivious! We tried to encourage her but only to insult her! She's probobly out there crying her eyes out wondering why she even lives! And it's all because of us, because of me!" "Don't blame yourself for mistakes that have been made in the past, for if you do you would only be crushed by the weight placed on your shoulders." He stated sympathetically. "Maybe we should go look for her, I mean she was really upset." April asked. "I think we should just leave her alone, she'll come back, she always does. I mean how long can she really stay away from us, were practically her only family anyway."
