the next day
When I woke up I grabbed my phone and looked at the time it was 10:00. "yes Saturday " I said to myself. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. When I was brushing my teeth I remembered that I was suppose to call Cynthia. I dropped my toothbrush and ran to my phone and pressed call . "hello" she said questionable to who it was. " hey... its Luke " I said shyly sitting on my bed " oh its just you". "yep " " sooo " " soooo " .The long so's kept going on for a few minutes till I asked " do you want to hang out later " " sure, where? " " umm do you remember the park we always use to go to" I asked her hoping she would remember. " oh yea I remember that old park, they still have it up " " yea and always will haha I think " I replied with more confidence talking to her. "well yea met you there at 11:00" " Ok its a date " I said laughing " I don't know what my boyfriend would say about that haha bye "she said and hung up "boyfriend, boyfriend BOYFRIEND " I yelled hearing Calum say " whoa boyfriend I thought you liked Chynthia "
I turned him and lifted my eye brow and said it again " boyfriend What ? " " are you confused I know this good therapi-" I cut him off. " I just called her and made a little joke about us hanging out was a date , then she said she had a boyfriend . " mann that sucks " he said holding his laughter in. I looked at my phone to seen it was 10:47 . I told Calum to leave and I got dressed . I had on my black skinny jeans with the one whole at the knee and my Smiley face shirt and the daily wristband you know.(cella you know too :'( lol) I checked the time again, it was 10:52. I grabbed my phone and pizza I seen on the counter and left. When I got to the park I seen her sitting on a swing looking at the writings on the pole. "hey,whatcha lookin at " I asked walking up to her. "the stuff we use to write on these poles " I leaned over her to see the stuff we wrote then I sat on the other swing. "soo wh-" " stop with the so's ok " she said laughing " ok so- "she gave me a look " umm what's your boyfriends name " I asked her wondering who it could be ."boyfriend HA I was just kidding" . I turned away from looking at her and smiled . "In that case I was wondering if-" she cut me off again and yelled "1....2...3... NOT IT" she jumped up and ran "oh ok" I chased after her.
Cynthia's pov
After I told Luke I didn't have a boyfriend I seen him turn away and smile. I've liked Luke for like ever but I guess I need to stop because he never told me he liked me . Plus I'm too afraid to come out to him . Luke started telling me something and he sounded serious I seen his face was getting red so I changed the subject "1..2..3.. Not it . I jumped off the swing and ran " you can't catch me ,like always "I said in a snotty but funny way . " I'm gonna get cha ,I'm gonna get cha "he said laughing running up the slide as I slid down the tunnel. I ran in the grass and stoped cause I didn't see Luke anywhere . "got ya " he yelled tackling me too the ground . We both were laughing when we noticed he was on top of me. We both jumped up and dusted our clothes off . " uh what do you wanna do know ' he said to me still dusting off his clothes . "I could think of a whole lot we cou-" "huh "he said "oh nothing never mind " " I was saying my thoughts aloud. I couldn't even look at him too much stuff was running through my mind you know girl things.
"what are we gonna do " I asked "umm I don't know what do you wanna do ?". he asked "you wanna come over I still live down the street from you " I answered " sure " he answered quick too quick. "lets gooo " I went behind him and jumped on his back " go horsey " I yelled hitting him on his head . "ouch !" he said starting to run . When we finally got to my house we played just dance 4 on Xbox 360 kinect and talked about random stuff. " its getting late " he said using his hand to pause the game. " oh ok well I'll walk you out . I turned off the system and walked him to the door. " I had fun today " I said reaching in to give him a hug. He hugged back and tight too we both said goodnight and he left. When I went back to my room I was thinking about him and fell asleep.
