She took her normal route to home, but this time it was different. It was dark, she was running, and she had the biggest smile on her face. She knew she would be in trouble for being late but she didn't care. She had finally had her first kiss. This had changed her life. It was the most happiest thing to ever happen to her. She was full of glee and she couldn't wipe that giant grin off her face. Nothing could of made her happier.
Apon arriving to her house her run turned into a jog. Her jog turned into a slow walk. Her slow walk turned into motionless. She stared at her house so confused and worried. There was yellow tape around it, sirens wailing. All her neighbors were out of their houses with somber looks on their faces. Her heart started beating and she ran through the yellow tape trying to get in her house. A police man grabbed her and told her to stay back behind the yellow line. She screamed at him and told him that's her house. He had sloop of shock on his face and he could barely even speak to her, but he told her they're all dead. She broke free from him and ran in the house finding police walking around And men taking pictures of everything that was disturbed in the house they were even taking pictures of her dead parents laying there on the ground. She let out a little laugh and said to herself "I was wrong, I guess I can be happier."
