Another one.
Another exam I had to prepare for. I had already pulled loads of all-nighters and I had to get ready to pull another. It's surprising yet not, that teachers are constantly wanting to stress teens out. Then again that's why we go to school unfortunately.

**

The following day arrived. As I dragged my feet to the bathroom to look into the mirror, I noticed how my dark circles had gotten worse over the past few school days. I spared a few minutes for breakfast and quickly got ready for an early walk to school (also to spare some time for K-drama).

I made a pit stop at the nearest convenience store to buy my favourite delicious rice snack. Before walking I gently placed it in my bag to avoid it getting squished by my heavy school books.

15 minutes later I arrived at the school gates. I looked up slowly only to have the school's logo stood in front of me and prepared myself for a tiresome 6 hours in lesson.

**

Our English teacher, Mrs Lee, proceeded to hand out the exam sheets. She glared at the clock so she could find the appropriate time to begin.

Mrs Lee - "You may now start, good luck and remember what we've practiced in our previous lessons. Also don't forget to write your name at the top to avoid losing extra marks."

The end of first period got closer and only a few minutes were left on the clock. I looked at my paper wearing a wide grin. I knew I aced this one and nothing was going to stop me.

Mrs Lee - "Time's up. Put your pens and pencils down, turn over your sheet and hand them in."

I put down my pen. As the class monitor, it was my duty to collect the test sheets. So I did. The bell rang as I rushed to pick up the last few. Mrs Lee had a 'little' talk with me about my improvement and continued to praise me for the next 5 minutes. I don't know what goes through adults minds these days, 'little' must mean the absolute opposite in her dictionary. She finally finished the conversation by saying "Well done!" and rushed me along to my next lesson.

We parted ways as she turned left to enter the staff room and I turned right prepared for an exciting maths lesson with Mr Kim.

I began to speed walk as I couldn't spot anyone else in the hallways and figured I was already late. As I turned around the corner at the end of the hall, I slipped. My books went flying into the air and I crashed into someone else. I was aching all over. The person who bumped into me turned around and at that moment I realized my mistake.

I had just crashed into the school's baddest boy, Kim Taehyung.
