KAREN'S POV

I wandered into Sqaishey's room. I knew she was in the house somewhere. I slowly opened the door and looked inside. She and Stampy and were sleeping together on her bed. His head was on hers and her head was on his shoulder. I smiled while I walked to Andy's room. I let myself in.

Andy, such a strong character, crushed by the deathly blow of his father, gone. "Are you feeling any better?" I asked. A few tears rolled down his cheeks.

"No. I don't think I ever will. All those memories, just the two of us, I won't be able to reminisce," Andy said.

"It's okay. You can reminisce with anyone. Even me," I tried to console.

SQAISHEY'S POV

I was awoken by the sound of yelling. Stampy was wide awake.

"No Karen, I can't. Those memories are for father and son. I knew you wouldn't understand. Go!" Andy yelled. I gripped Stampy's hand.

"It sounds like you're breaking up with me!" Karen yelled back. Her voice cracked, like she was going to cry.

"Actually, I am," Andy replied.

"Fine." I could hear the door close behind Karen as she came out of the house.

"Wait here. I'll be right back," I told Stampy. I ran outside into the tree fort. I knew she would be here. "Karen, are you okay?"

"No." She spoke miserably. "Andy broke up with me."

"I heard. Just because you broke up doesn't mean you can't visit anymore. Come with me," I said.

"B-but I can't."

"Yes you can. Come with me," I said. I took Karen's hand and took her to my room. I met Stampy's eyes and gave him a look that said I would tell him later. "There there. It's all okay. I'll be here," I consoled. 

"Th-thanks," Karen said, looking like she felt a lot better.

Guys! I have a very important announcement!!!

This book is going to end in five chapters.

But!

I have a sequel with NettyHawk, Squidcole and Sqampy of course. It begins right after the Duckie Cut, and it's AMAZING!!!! 

Sadly, I won't be able to update until the 21st or 22nd because of midterms. :(
