ㄱ - makes hard 'g' or 'k' sound like game. It's called 기역(gí-yuck)
ㄴ - makes 'n' sound. It's called 니은(ni-un)
ㄷ- makes 'd' sound like dog. It's called 디귿(di-gutt)
ㄹ- makes 'r' or 'l' sound. It's called 리을(lee-ul)
ㅁ- makes 'm' sound. It's called 미음(me-um)
ㅂ- makes 'b' sound. It's called 비읍(bee-úp)
ㅅ- makes 's' sound like a name Sarah. It's called 시옷(sí-oath)
ㅇ- sometimes doesn't have a sound, when it has, the sound of the letter before is distributed, or makes 'ung' sound. It's called 이응(e-ung)
ㅈ- makes sound of 'j' or 'z', even soft 'g' like a word giant. It's called 지읒(ji-uth)
ㅊ- makes 'ch' sound like cheese. It's called 치읓(chi-uth)
ㅋ- makes 'c' or 'k' like cake or cup. It's called 키읔(key-uk)
ㅌ- makes 't' sound. It's called 티읕(tee-uth)
ㅍ- makes 'p' sound like papa.

Don't mind about the ones such as 'ㄲ' or 'ㄸ', I will write about that later.
