Axel began to wake up. She groggily called my name. "What's wrong?" I asked her. "My head hur-" she looked around and saw Billie sitting next to her. Her eyes grew wide. "Y-your b-Billie Joe a-Armstrong!" She squeaked. "Yep, the one and only." He nodded and smiled. I knew Axel was feeling awkward, it was her thing, she even felt awkward with me! She looked at me and back at him and to me again. "If this is a dream, it's the best one I've had in a long time." She said. "It's not a dream, Axel." Billie said and Axel smiled. "You know my name!?" She said excitedly but nervously too. "Well I'm going to be looking after you for the rest of your life so." He said with a small laugh. Axel hid her arm, trying to not let him see it. But she didn't know was it was too late. He had already seen it. "Don't hide it." He said, gently taking her arm back out from where she was hiding it. "I'm not hiding anything." She said as she started to panic. "Yes you are, I've already see it so, don't worry." He said. I saw Axel bite her lip in fear and dig her nails into her arm. "Hey, don't do that." I said, quickly but gently pulling her arms apart. She looked at me with eyes that broke my heart. Her, usually dark, full, green eyes were a pale and greyish. I blinked at her and she blinked back. The car was silent for a few moments until Ryan spoke up. "Uh, when are we starting school?" I asked. "You like school?" Trè asked from outside. "Yeah." He said and I kicked the back of his seat. Axel laughed. I put my arm around her shoulder and smiled. Billie was about to answer his question when Trè fell off the car. We stopped and saw him lying on the road. He was yelling in pain. Axel was obviously scared for her favourite drummer's life. Billie and Mike ran over to him. Ryan called an ambulance. I sat in the car with Axel, who was slightly panicking. "He'll be okay, don't worry." I said. "But he fell off a car." She protested. "Axel?" I asked. "Yeah?" She replied. "He's Trè Cool." I said and she laughed. "Good point." She said and then the ambulance arrived. "I'll check on him now, stay here." I said and got out of the car. I walked over to Billie who was obviously a bit pissed off. "Is he okay?" I asked. "He's fine, he jumped off and tried to fly while holding the back of the car, like in a cartoon, and broke his knee." Billie said with his arms crossed. "Well, at lest he's not dead. Could have been far worse. Wha if there was a car behind us? He'd be dead or they would have a broken window." I said. He nodded and sighed. I walked back to the car and told Axel what happened. "You were right!" She said happily. I nodded and smiled. The ambulance took Trè to the hospital and Mike went with him. Billie drove us home. You could tell he was still pissed off but tried to be happy. "So, Richard-" Billie joked. "Ryan." Ryan corrected, not taking it as a joke. "Whatever." Billie continued. Ryan looked confused. "He's joking." Axel said and he nodded. "Yeah, I'm joking, man, so anyway, Ryan, you guys are starting school not tomorrow but the next day, is that okay?" He asked. "Yep." Me and Ryan said in sync. "Mhmm." Axel agreed very quietly and muffled by her face being, basically, smushed against my shoulder. She was beginning to falls asleep. When she finally did, Billie knew and said, "I might keep her off a few more days, she doesn't look well, y'know?" He quietly explained. "Sure." I said and Ryan nodded. As we reached Billie's house, there was a small whimper from a sleeping Axel. "Are we nearly there?" I asked quickly, knowing she needed to probably throw up more. "Yeah, why?" He asked. "She's going to the throw up." I explained as the car stopped into the drive way. "Okay, I'll show you the bathroom, come on." He got out of the car quite fast and ran in. I followed, leaving Ryan alone. "Down the hall on the right, second last door." He said and I ran there as fast as I could. I opened the door and put a, now half awake, Axel on the floor. She threw up a lot and when she was done I took a look. A small bit of blood was in the toilet and the rest was vomit. "What do I do!?" I thought to myself. I ran to the front door where Billie and Ryan were getting our bags out of the car. "Sh-she's th-throwing up b-bl-blood!!" I yelled and they came rushing in. Ryan got there before Billie and he screamed. I ran back and saw she was covered in blood it wasn't just in her vomit it was now starting to come out of her nose. She usually got nose bleeds but it was just the thought of throwing up blood that made me panic. Ryan ran over and cradled her in his arms, getting a bit of blood on his clothes. She whimper and looked at him. "Shh, your okay, shh." He tried to calm her. She closed her eyes. "Do we call an ambulance or?!" I asked, panicked. "I think we should." Billie said and took her out of my brother's hands. He carried her to the kitchen and called an ambulance. "Why are you so calm?" I asked him when he was done on the phone. "If I panic, it won't help, even though I'm mentally panicking, if I don't show it, she'll not think its that serious and she'll be calm." He said and dabbed a wet paper towel onto, a passed out, Axel's nose. "Go get changed, okay? I'll make sure she's okay." He asked and we done so. We changed in the bathroom since we didn't know where our rooms were. We came back and Billie was cradling her. The paramedics came threw the door and told him to leave her down. He hesitated but did so. "everyone leave the room." The paramedic demanded. Ryan headed for the door. But me and Billie protested. "What the fuck!? No!" I yelled. "Why the fuck do we have to leave!? We are fucking family!" Billie yelled. My heart lighted for this guy. He was kind, and gentle, and wanted to make sure everyone was alright. He stood there with his arms crossed. Ryan tried tugging on my t-shirt but I told him to fuck off, in the moment I wasn't thinking of what I was saying. He stopped and went outside. The paramedics dragged me and Billie outside and when they let me go I fell on my ass. That usually makes Axel laugh. But she wasn't there to see it.
