Lovebirds II

Vacation

The snow fell on the campus that day. Students were saying goodbye, teachers were finishing paperwork to go home early. 

Hanna and Alexis stood at the bus stop, waiting. "So, are we going to push through with it?" Hanna asked Alexis. "With what?" Alexis said as she rubbed her hands together, shivering. "The thing we talked about? We were going to stay at Charles' Aunt's place. Just a bonding time for our group." Hanna smiles. "I guess so, will you be allowed? If you are, I'm going." She grins. "Deal! Also, should we tell Grace and Marionne? I heard they're flying back here." "Sure! The more the merrier~"

(A few days later)

"I'll be going now~ Bye Mom!" Alexis waves and starts walking down the street. She holds tight on her backpack and handbag. The cold bothered her. She buried her nose in her scarf and continued walking until she reached the bus stop, and saw Hanna and Alexander already there. "You invited Alexander?" Alexis asked, groaning. "I didn't! I just saw him here!" Hanna says, annoyed. "Amy did." He grins. "She also invited Harrold." "Without our permission!" Alexis groaned.

"HANNA!" Someone tackles Hanna from behind. She gasps and turns around to see Grace, who was grinning from ear to ear, and Marionne stood a feet away from her, waving. "Grace!" The two hugged and giggled. "Oh my gosh! How are you?" Hanna smiles. "Great! We just got here yesterday." Grace smiles. "Hello? Your other friend over here?" Alexis says, rolling her eyes. Grace laughed and gave Alexis a hug. "I missed you guys." Grace sighs. "I heard you were taking online classes from The Ridge?" Alexis asked her. "Yeah. So I could catch up you know. And did you know? I bumped into Marionne in Australia! Isn't it great?" Grace grinned, running over to her boyfriend and grabbing his arm. Hanna pretended to bard as Alexis laughed. "Who's the dude?" Marionne asked, gesturing to Alexander.

"I'm Alexander Levin. Nice to meet you." He said, waving. A few minutes later, John and Charles arrived. The boys decided to catch up a bit and waited for Amy. 

"Hanna!"

Hanna turned around to see a rushing boy in a sweater and pajama bottoms. "Kyle! What are you doing here... and in pajamas too!" Hanna laughs. "Your Mom said you forgot your medicine. So she asked if I could give it to you." He smiles. "Thanks Kyle." She grins. He bops her head and she groans. She slaps his arm in reply. "See ya~" He says. "Who was that?" She turned around and saw Amy. "His name is Kyle. He's a neighbor of mine." She says, waving her hand. "Oh. Okay! He's really tall." Amy says. "Or you're just really short." Alexander joked.

Charles' Aunt Gene arrived in a van, and they got in and were on the way to his Aunt's place.

(At his Aunt's place)

"Well. I'm going to leave you to settle down now." Aunt Gene smiles before going outside to do something.

The group was in awe. The house was huge! And fancy! There was a lake outside, that was frozen. There were trees and it was still snowing. But beautiful. "Alright there are like, 6 bedrooms here--" "6 rooms?" Grace said, her jaw dropping. "Yeah. Aunt Gene had 2 husbands, she had 3 kids in the first. He died. And 4 in the second. The first 4 are in other countries, like France, Netherlands, Japan and the UK, the other one is in college, they shared rooms and the last two are--"

"CHARLIE CHARLIE CHARLIE!"

"Twins." He muttered, as a young boy and a young girl cling onto his leg. "So... Theres Me, Han, Grace, Alexis, Alexander, John, Amy aaannndd Marionne. Soo.. one, two, three, four..." He thought. "Hanna and Alexis can have the first room." The two grinned and Hanna gave Alexis a high-five. "Amy and Grace can share the next." The two looked at each other and smiles. "John and Alexander in the next." John groaned. "And Marionne and I in the last, since there's still Aunt Gene and the twins." He says. "Alright?" He adds. "Yeah yeah."
