Part 2 of Chapter 3.

"... A lake? Are you sure that's a good idea? Hanna drowned IN A POOL. And she has a weird fear of fishes. Are you sure you want to die early, Jacobs?" Alexis asked, helping her friend with a basket of food. "Well. If it's just to make Hanna get into the water, and not just the bath tub in her dorm.... I would."  "Slash her bed when depressed, slash her comfort zone." She added with a nod. "I'll succeed. She loves me anyway."

"BANZAI!"

"WHAT THE FRIKING HELL YOU GUYS--"

"Gods... M' 'ead--"

"Sorry Alex!"

"What were you guys talking about anyway?" John asked.

"Charles is going to pull Hanna into the lake.'

"...."

""ARE YOU CRAZY?!" John shouted. "Ill ready the coffin." Amy says, grabbing her keys. "Where will the funeral be held?" Marionne asked John. "Probably at the Funerary places. Duh." "Oh! Look, found one. This one has wifi in it--" "GUUYYSS!" Charles shouts. "I wont die... Helloooo." He says, rolling his eyes. "Well. We wish you the best of luck soldier~"

( 3:00 pm. Lake Whatsitsname )

The two sat on the pier, facing each other. "So... What did you need? Is it about the History of the Philippines? Its pretty easy yanno--" "No. I understand everything." She looks at him with a glare. "Charles Vincent Jacobs..." "What? Can't I have some snacks with a friend?" He says with a pout. "Well... As long as there's nutella... I guess it's okay..." "Right... I did bring some..." Silence ruled between the two as they ate.

After eating, Charles placed the basket back into his car. Hanna sits on the pier and swings her legs, her toes touching the water. Charles walks around behind her, talking about his theatre arts class. "Our teacher is Mr.Ludwig. He's not really nice and--" That's the last thing she hears, before a splash.

"Shit. CHARLES!" She crawls to the other side and looks down, no sign of him. She squeezes her eyes shut and sits down again. 'I have to do this.... I need to-- !!' She screams as a hand pulls her downward into the cold water. Under water, she sees a smirking Charles. She goes back up, breathing deeply and tries holding on to something to pull herself up and get out. She feels arms wrapped around her waist and raises her a little higher. "CHARLES. IDIOT! I thought you went missing or drowned! Now get me out! Th-THIS IS FREAKY!" "If you keep on moving. Im going to drop you." Charles says sternly. She stops, her eyes showing her fears. "Han. Im here, I wont let that happen again, okay?" He smiles. "B-but.." "You need to stop, it's okay. You'll be okay. Look. You're not squirming or screaming thats good." He says, looking down at her feet, which were kicking in a butterfly kick. "Should I let go?" He says, grinning. "F-fine..." She lets go of his shoulders, and he lets go of her waist, she lays on her back, floating, before kicking. He goes back up on the surface, and swims to dry land before returning to the pier to watch her swim again.
