I woke up the next day and Mommy was already up and getting herself ready for the day.
She had on all black clothes and her hair was down, I always liked Mommy's clothes and the way she wore them. So, without her realizing I got up from the bed and searched on her suitcase for something I liked, I found a black shirt with a smiling face on it, I couldn't put it on myself so I walked over to Mommy and tapped her leg.

"Oh, good morning baby." She said. I only lifted the shirt so she could see it better. "Do you want to wear that?" I nodded peeking my head to the side. "Alright then." She took my pajamas off and put the shirt over my head, but said I couldn't only wear the shirt so I had to put on some shorts, but you couldn't even see them because the shirt was so long.

We walked down the stairs to have breakfast and as soon as we got inside the kitchen, Mommy already sat me on a stool. She was helping Ally and Pat with breakfast as I just watched them, but mostly Ally because she was doing something with the oven and I wanted to know what it was.

"What you doing Ally?" I asked.
"Oh, just taking the cookies out of the oven." She said as she lifted them up a little.
"Can I eat them?" I asked already reaching out to the cookies, but Mommy lightly slapped my hand away.
"No. Because first they are really hot and second, you can't eat sweets before lunch." I huffed.
"But I wanna." I mumbled.
"What was that?" Mommy looked back at me and I smiled.
"Nothing." She eyed me suspiciously, but turned back to what she was doing.
As soon as she turned around I made a funny face at her and turned back to watching Ally do her thing.

After lunch...

We had just eaten lunch and everyone had walked to the living room to talk and I followed the kids outside to play.

We played for a while, but they had to go home, and I was all alone. I decided to walk back in and play inside the house since it was getting chilly outside. I walked to the living room and sat by Mommy's feet.
The adults were talking all sorts of different things, I could only make out a few, like some man with a name just like McDonalds, something called Jingle Ball, tours and Brandon and Jerry were talking about some game.
I soon got bored and remembered Mommy said I could only eat Ally's cookies after lunch, I already ate lunch, which means I can eat the cookies.

I tapped Mommy's knee and she looked at me briefly.
"Mommy." I called tapping her knee gain, but she wouldn't look. "Mommy..." I whined.
"Y/N I'm in the middle of a conversation." She scolded and went back to talking to Pat. I huffed.
I crawled to the other side of the couch and was met with Ally's knee, so I tapped on it.
"Ally." She looked at me and smiled.
"Yes, sweetie?"
"Cookies." I pointed to the kitchen.
"Sweetie, I think you should ask your Mommy about that." She said.
"But I..." She cut me off.
"Go ask her, baby." I sighed.

If no one's going to help me, I'll help myself.

I walked to the kitchen without anyone seeing and started looking for the cookies. If I were a cookie where would I hide? There they are. I looked up at the shelve and saw the jar full of cookies and smiled, but my smile soon dropped when I realized I don't have the height to get there. Oh, great.

I looked around for something I could use to get there, but only saw stools. I smirked.

I pushed the stool right under the shelf and did my best to get up on it, it was a really high stool, at least for me it was. I'm a tiny person, don't judge me.
When I finally sat on the stool it was time for the hard part, standing up on it, the seat was wavy not flat so it was harder, but I did it. And as soon as I was situated on the stool I reached for the jar, it was a little bit far, but I reached it with the tip of my fingers and brought it closer, but when I was about to lift it up, it slipped and fell, breaking into a lot of pieces and making a loud noise. I closed my eyes and cringed at the sound. Oh, no.

Everyone came rushing into the kitchen terrified, but as soon as Mommy saw me her expression changed.

"Y/N WHAT THE HELL!" She yelled. I cringed. Mommy never yelled at me. "What happened?!" I sniffled trying really hard not to cry and make things worse.
"I-I twied to g-gwab the cookies and they falled down and bwoke." I told her, my voice cracking.
"And why the fuck didn't you ask me to take them?!"
"I-I did. You said you were busy." I tried to tell her, but she only got even madder.
"You could've asked anyone else! What is wrong with you?!" As soon as those words left her mouth I started to cry.
"I-I didn't mean it. I'm weally sowwy." I cried. "Sowwy." I couldn't stop crying at this point, my vision started to get blurry and I felt myself being lifted up and smelled Ally's strawberry shampoo. We walked past Mommy and now she didn't look mad, but sad, maybe guilty.

Ally took me to her bedroom and sat me on her lap as she sat on the bed.
"It's okay, it's all going to be alright." She cooed as she ran her hands through my hair.
"M-mommy hates me." I sobbed.
"No, she doesn't. She was just upset about what you did, but she could never hate you. You're her baby." I shook my head.
"Not anymowe."

Lauren's POV

What did I just do? I followed Ally and Y/N with my eyes as they made their way out of the room.
Great. Just great, Lauren. You just scared the hell out of a little girl who just so happened to be abused in her old home. Awesome. I need to apologize, but knowing my baby she won't want to talk to me right now. So I better keep myself occupied as I give her time to process what just happened.
I decided to clean all this mess, because you know, I'm a guest here and my daughter was the one to drop the jar, so it's only right if I'm the one who cleans it.

After cleaning all the shards off of the floor, I decided to go see Y/N and finally apologize to her for yelling.
As I was walking out of the kitchen something stopped me in my tracks. I looked up to see it wasn't exactly a thing, but someone. Brad.

"There's my hot girlfriend." He said.
"Yeah. Keep dreaming." I scoffed and tried to leave. But he held my arm holding me still and when I thought it couldn't get any worse, he pulled me closer roughly and kissed me. I heard the click of a camera and pushed him off of me.
"What the hell was that?!"
"Oh, nothing. Am I not allowed to kiss my girlfriend anymore?"
"I'm not your girlfriend. Get out of here!" I spat angrily.
"Okay, I will. I already got what I needed." He had this dirty smirk on his face that I just wanted to punch it out. "Oh, I would advise you to keep an eye on the internet." He said while leaving. What the hell?

"Mommy?" Y/N said from behind the wall. She had tears in her eyes. "You lied. You said no Daddy." My heart broke. Again.
"Baby, I can explain. It's not what you think it is." I tried to reason.
But she just left running back upstairs.
"Y/N!" I called but she didn't listen.

Later that night...

Y/N spent the whole day with Ally and avoiding me. She didn't talk to me during dinner or any other time. Whenever she needed something, she would call Ally, not me. And it hurt like a bitch.

Tonight was out last day in San Antonio, we were heading to the Jingle Ball in Dallas the next day. I had already packed all of mine and Y/N's stuff, now I just had to tell her that we were leaving in the morning.
I knocked on Ally's door, knowing my baby was going to be there.

"Honey, it's Mommy." She didn't open. But I had a feeling she was listening. "I just wanted to say we are leaving tomorrow for the Jingle Ball, so we have to be up pretty early."
"It's okay, Lo. I'll take care of that." I heard Ally say.
"Oh, okay then." I then left.

I didn't wanted to be mad at Ally, but I was. That was my baby. Mine. She didn't have the right to take her away from me.

Y/N's POV

I can't believe Mommy would do that. There was this one time auntie Dinah said that kissing was nasty (auntie Mani got mad at her after that). So, if kissing is nasty, why was Mommy kissing Brad?
I didn't like him, he is mean, just like Daddy. And I don't need another Daddy.

I just hope that when we leave here, we won't have to see him ever again.
