Chapter One- The Fallen Children

It was a beautiful day, the kind of day to roam around and explore the world that you live in. Flowers blooming, birds singing their soothing music in the trees above. The type of day that children would have adventures on. On this lovely day, there were three young children walking in the woods and seemed lost.
"Where are we?" asked one of the little children, lost and a bit afraid. Her name was Teddy, a innocent and adorable girl walking slowly while glancing around to figure out where they are located. "Don't worry about it and just keep walking." replied back by one curious child, holding a map and backpack. The child's name was Chara. She is leading the other two children into the woods to explore. " Were lost, aren't we Chara? " says the other girl following behind. Her name was Aki, she was the tough but shy one in the group. Aki was always angry around people she didn't like or know but also has sweetness in her soul. "No were not! Ughh. J-just follow me, I know we're close..." says Chara. Teddy and Aki look at each other confused but shrugs and continues following Chara. A few minutes after pushing through branches and taking many paths, they have reached their destination.
"Here it is! The cave of the fallen." Chara says excitedly. Teddy glances at Chara confused asking "why are we here?" Chara turns toward them, " Legend has it that whoever goes inside this cave never... returns! " Chara says while pointing at the dark cave. Aki looks at the cave and then back at Chara with the face of disbelief. "That's just some bullcrap tale, let's go home!" Aki says turning around starting to walk the other way then suddenly Chara grabs her arm. "No please don't! Don't you wanna be one of the first survivors of this cave?!" Aki turns to look at Chara and sighs. "Fine I'll go with you guys.. Just because that sounds adventurous and mom would kill me if you both got hurt and are missing." Chara chuckles and pulls Aki into the cave "alright then. Let's go! " says Chara in delight, filled with passion and joy. Teddy watches Chara drag Aki into the cave and then follows.
The children all entered into the mysterious cave in the middle of the woods, darkness covered all ends inside the cave. "Its so dark in here. " says Teddy frightened and arms behind her back. "Chara, is the flashlight in your backpack?" Aki asks with arms crossed. Chara takes her bag and sits on the ground reaching in the backpack for the flashlight. "Aha! Here we go!" Aki snatches the flashlight from her hands and switches the power button,noticing it has dead batteries and looks at Chara in failure. "Why didn't you check the batteries?!" Aki yells, making echoes in the cave. Chara looks at aki frightened by her tone and says in relief "Don't worry gurl.. Everything will be alright." Aki death stares Chara then lifts her fist saying "why I outta-" While Aki's fist gets closer to chara's face,Teddy interrupts it with her standing in front of Chara causing Aki to quickly stop her fist from motion. "Don't fight guys. Come on, we don't need a flashlight.. We still have each other and that's all we need." Teddy says quietly and passionately. Aki and Chara nods at each other and walks slowly.
Teddy is trying to find light while Chara is twirling around with her bag then suddenly trips on some vines making her almost fall into a huge hole but grips onto the vines so she won't fall. "AKI! TEDDY! HELP ME!! IM ABOUT TO FALL!" Chara screams loudly with tears. Teddy and Aki rush towards the sound of Chara's fear and grips onto both of Chara's arms, trying to pull her up. "I can't hold on any longer! " Aki grunts. Suddenly, Teddy and Aki fail to lift Chara up and falls into the deep hole screaming.
Their screams overfill the edges of the hole then suddenly there was no more sound. A few hours later, Teddy opens her eyes weakly and notices a flower bed they are laying under neath. She looks at Aki and Chara still knocked out cold and crawls to them shaking them till they woke. "Wake up guys! Look! Look!" Chara and Aki open their eyes and looks around. "What the.. Where are we?" Aki says confused and with the face of amazement. Chara looks at them while brushing hands through the flowers. "I don't know.." Teddy grabs flowers and makes then into a crown and puts it on chara's head with a little blush on her face. Aki points at a light in the distance "over there is a light. Should we follow it?" Aki says. Chara and teddy look at the direction she's pointing at and nods. They all stood up and held hands, walking to the light knowing that an adventure shall come to their footprints.
