Kidnapped

It was just another day for Special agent DiNozzo, except for one thing. Last night was his and Ziva's first date. It had gone pretty well. After all they were in love. They had gone to a fancy Italian restaurant and he ended up taking her home after. Lets just say thing got pretty intense after that.

Anyway, Ziva had left early to go home and change. Tony and Ziva had talked about how they were going to tell Gibbs and the team about their relationship but they just couldn't find the right time. At that moment Tony walked into the squad room to see his favorite little probie and his fiery Israeli laughing over a video of an elephant tripping over a soccer ball.

"You have to see this Tony" said McGee.

"Yes, it's hilarious" Ziva added on.

Just as Tony was walking over Gibbs came through the squad room.

"Grab your gear!" He yelled "Dead petty officer in Norfolk"

As Ziva was getting out of the car to go interview the petty officer's wife, all she could think about was the night before. How Tony laughed at her stupid jokes or how he kissed her so passionately. Tony was her soul mate. Just then she thought, where is Tony? He had gone around the back of the house to check the perimeter. She was over reacting she thought. It's a big house, he could be anywhere.

The next thing she knew there was a loud bang and a black car speeding away from the crime scene. How could she have not seen it before? It was just parked in the driveway. McGee came running out of the house.

"Tony's gone, he's been kidnapped."

Tony woke up in the back of a van. His head was throbbing. What had happened? He must have been hit from behind. His gun and badge were gone. Whoever took him knew who he was. They had guts for kidnapping a federal agent.

Just then they stopped. They opened the door and dragged Tony out.

"Stay quiet and don't make a fuss and you will live"

Tony had to admit, he was a little scared. Ziva! He remembered. She must be freaking out. At that moment he was taken into a room with no windows. He sat down in a chair and he was bound with duct tape. Then they gagged him with some cloth that had probably been used before. Gross. His kidnappers put a video camera in front of him and a man with gray hair came into the room. Tony was shocked.

"Eli"

"Abby, Tony has been kidnapped" Ziva ran into the room. Gibbs let her go back to help Abby with what ever she could find. Just then a video popped up on Abby's screen.

"Open it" Ziva said.

Abby did and what came up was so frightening Ziva almost fainted. It showed Tony who had been beaten and right now he was unconscious. Abby was crying and Ziva went over to comfort her.

"We will get him back" she told Abby but inside she was crying like a little girl. Gibbs and McGee were back by now and they both came into Abby's lab.

"Oh, he looks bad" McGee said. Gibbs slapped his head.

"Don't make it worse than it already is McGee"

"Yes boss, sorry boss" McGee said.

Gibbs told Abby and McGee to try and trace the feed while Gibbs went to have a chat with the director. The director was already taking with SecNav.

"Gibbs I've put team 3 on the petty officer's case, you just find agent DiNozzo" Vance said. Gibbs turned around without saying a word and walked right back to Abby's lab.

"Gibbs we found him" McGee said.

Tony couldn't hear anything Eli had said into his phone. The only words he could make out were "have him". That couldn't be good he thought. So far he was doing ok. Besides the fact that Eli had pretty much killed him. He could feel the broken ribs and his nose was totally messed up.

"I wonder what Gibbs is doing to get me out of this hell hole" he said to himself.

Maybe a little to loudly because Eli walked over.

"So Anthony, how is my daughter? I know your dating her"

Tony hated Eli's guts ever since he accused Tony of murder. Still he was Ziva's father so he felt like he should at least be a little polite.

"Ziva is fine" Tony said. "I know it's a little fast but I'm going to ask her to marry me"

Back at the navy yard Ziva felt like she had been slapped in the face. How could she let this happen? She loved Tony and she couldn't lose him now. Not after all they have been through to get to this point. Gibbs came around the corner to where she was standing.

"What's wrong Ziva" he asked even though he already knew.

"We are dating Gibbs. Me and Tony." Ziva cried.

"I know" he said calmly. "So what's wrong?"

"I don't know, I just thought you would be mad with rule 12 and all" Ziva said confused.

"You can't help love Ziva" Gibbs said. "Now go get him back"

Outside the room there was a lot of commotion. Guns were going off and people were yelling. Then Tony heard the best words he had ever heard in his life.

"NCIS, put your hands up"

Tony looked over to see his team coming to rescue him. Ziva was the first to reach him.

"I am so glad you are ok" she said tearfully.

"Ziva..."

"I told him" she said. "Gibbs knows. It's ok"

Tony couldn't have been more relived. He was so happy for him, Ziva, his team, everybody. They had always been there for him when he needed them the most. Ziva looked pretty happy too. So happy that she kissed him. Right in front of everybody. But she didn't care. She loved him too much.

"Marry me Ziva" Tony said.

Ziva was so stunned she didn't know what to say.

"I know every thing has happened so fast but I love you and I..."

"Yes" and Ziva kissed him. "I love you too"
