My words may not sound like yours
They may come out in bits and pieces
And sometime they may not come out at all.
But my words have the same worth as yours.
My words may be different
But you know what,
My words also have a different meaning than yours.
I fight for each word I say.
The words I say have a purpose.
The words I say have power.
I say my words so that maybe others
Will realize that they can say theirs too.
My words may not sound like yours.
But as much as I hate them,
I will never
Give up on the words
That I am meant to say.
