Brin's POV

"Hi mom!" I said opening the front door.
"Hi sweetie!" My mom said placing a plate in front of me. I started eating and my mom sat down in the chair next to me. She rested her head on her hands and stared at me.

"Yes mother," I said stuffing food in my mouth right before I said that.
"Oh nothing..." Knowing my mother something was up.
"I'm going to Finn's," I said grabbing my jacket. "Wait, why are there suitcases out?" I asked pointing to them. "We're going on vacation?!" I squealed. I hugged my mom and ran out the door without her replying.

Finn's POV

Someone knocked on the door and I opened it.
"Hey Brin," I said as she walked in.
"Hey Finn, guess what! I think my mom and I are going on vacation!"
"Really where?" I asked.
"I don't know. Actually I don't know if we are going on vacation," she sighed. I chuckled.
"Oh hello Brin, cookies?" My mom said. Brin and I reach for a cookie and shove it in our mouths. We started laughing.
"Oh and also Brin, your mother called she wants you home," my mom said.
"You just got here," I said.
"I know...weird," she said getting up. I gave her a hug and she left my house.
"That's weird," I said to my mom.
"What?" She asked.
"I don't know... Something seems off...."
"I'm sure its nothing, just get some rest," my mom said kissing my forehead.

I walked into my room and plopped down on my bed. I picked up my phone and messaged Brin.

To Brin: hey any news?

From Brin: nope :/ she just said ' u need to get some rest' and I was like...ok

To Brin: hmmm ok I'll talk to u in the morning.

From Brin: k love u

To Brin: love u 2

Hey! Don't even think about it. We are not dating. I just love her as a friend that's all.
