Brin's POV

I knocked and the door opened almost immediately.
"Oh Brin!" Mrs. Middleton said.
"Hi Mrs. Middleton," I said giving her a hug.
"Oh Brin how many times do I have to tell you? Call me Susan."
"Ok," I laughed.
"Finn should be in his room. Do you want me to call him in here?" She asked. I nodded my head. "Finn, hon? Can you please come here?"
"Coming!" He said. The sound if his voice put butterflies in my tummy.

Finn emerged from his room and when we made eye contact, his mouth dropped.
"Brin!" He said. I ran up to him and jumped in his arms. I wrapped my arms tightly around him and he did the same. "God I've missed you," he whispered in my ear.
"I missed you too," I said as a happy tear slid down my cheek.

He let me down and I gazed into his eyes.

Oh. My. God.

The glow up.

He was soooo cute!!

Like what the heck?!

He had chestnut brown hair shoved into a beanie and his eyes were green.

We went back into his room and his mum started making dinner.

"So how do you like California?" Finn asked.
"Ugh I don't like it. Its so hot," I said.

Kinda like you.

What?

"I've missed you," he said.
"Finn, you've said this many times," I giggled. He laughed and hugged me again. God his hugs were amazing.

"Supper's ready," Susan called from the kitchen. Our competitive spirits kicked in as we stumbled out the door and ran down the hall.

"I made your favorite, Brin.Shepherds pie!" She said placing a plate in front of me. I began eating and savored the traditional British meal.

Finn, his mom and I talked for hours, catching up.

Every time I would look up at Finn he would smile, witch don't get me wrong is adorable, but I would blush.

I don't know what happened.

I've never felt attracted to him like that, but now all if a sudden I do.

What four years can do.....

Finn helped me make my bed in the guest room.

I fell on the bed and Finn laid next to me. We talked for a while until he got up and went into his room for the night.
