The human brain.

The parts of our brains are intriguingly unique. There's the part that thinks and the part that speaks. The part we love and the part that's quaint. But there's part of our brains that we hide and we hate. They tell us to accept ourselves for who we are. For some of us this goal seems too hard and far. Eventually we all realize it's really easy. To give up, be let down, and feel quite queasy. Some of us are happy and some are sad. But me I'm just insanely mad. I feel crazy and I feel fine. Then I realize I still have time. To change how I feel to shape my future. And that gives me hope and I don't feel so putrid. When we all think about it we all fall in line. That cookie cutter society, the stereotypes. But then a new feeling called love comes along. It changes our brains this emotion is strong. It touches us and makes us feel important and graced. What we don't realize is the consequences we must face. Love grabs us its blind and we fall. The thing we don't realize is the duty that calls. Love eventually fades and we're left with a hole. Sadly for us we'll never be able to pay this toll. The parts of our brains are truly exquisite. I'm glad we got to give them a visit.
