Dragon Hunter

Lunch

I walked out of the class room and to the cafeteria. The lunch menu was crap as always and I just picked up a spoon of pasta. I hauled my try over to where my friend Aron was sitting and dumped it all next to him.

"Best history lesson ever" Aron exclaimed. He had a grin on each side of his face.

"You gonna eat that" he said eyeing off my food.

"Really" I said giving him my your getting fat look and tapping his stomach.

"Shut up" he said and took my food any way.

As he was shoving my food into to his mouth I asked

"So why was this history lesson so amazing". He hadn't taken my fork so I was twirling it in my fingers.

"Well you know the new girl". He was making gestures with his fork and had not bothering to finish his mouthful. "Olivia. She seems a bit gothic don't you think"

"Yeah what ever but you know she has amazing assets. If you know what I mean" He said as he bumped me in the ribs. Aron sits behind Olivia in history. "I mean while she was standing I was just like...". I cut him off "ok I get. where is she any way?".

I had a quick scope around the cafeteria but couldn't see her.

"She's over there" Aron indicated with his fork towards a table at the back of the room.

"She's just sitting there feeding her dog" Aron noted and went back to eating my food.

"It's like she dosent want to make friends". I pondered why in my head till Aron said

"maybe she is a goth". I punched him in the shoulder. Not hard but firm.

"Fine go say hi then" he suggested.

"Fine I will" I was really up in his face so he head butted me.

"Good luck" he called as I walked to her table.

She looked up and glared at me as I approached the table. My cheerful "hi" was greeted by a grumpy "what do you want".

I was slightly offended but tried not to show it. "May I sit here?" I asked indicateing towards the chair next to her. "That's Hunters spot" She explained in an innocent voice.

As if on cue the dog jumped over the table and sat in the chair I was resting my hand on. "Well I'm Leon" I introduced my self and held out my hand. "Olivia" she said shaking my hand "and by the way tell your friend to keep his eyes to himself".
