I wake up the next morning steamed. I couldn't get the fact that my son lied about me hitting him!, I would slit my wrist before hurting my kid's in any way. I rub my face and stood up to walk to the bathroom. I walked in and looked at the mirror. is that me?, The man I see in the mirror isn't the man from a month ago. This man looks emotionally broken and it's showing through his facial features. I splash some water on my face and dried it off and began brushing my teeth while preparing for a shower. I have begun looking at taking a shower in a new light. It's my stress reliever I feel all my worries are washed away literally.

after showering I threw on some fresh boxers an a red flannel shirt with a T-shirt underneath and my black slacks with white socks. I look at myself happily in the mirror. I then walk across the to Prince's and Charlotte's adjacent room's. I go to Charlotte's. morning princess ready for show and tell today?, She yawns and stretches. taking her time to answer. "Yes I'm so ready daddy! im bringing my magli doll", i laugh. all the other second graders are going to be so jealous, She giggles. go brush your teeth I'll get yourself clothes ready for today. She nods skipping happily out of the room. I smile shaking my head and looked through her closet. I found a adorable fluffy hot pink skirt and a white lacy Hello Kitty shirt to match and a nice pair of her Hello Kitty pink and white polka dot rain boots. She comes back in twelve minute's later. I look at her. did you get your back teeth?, She nods. did you brush your tongue?, She nods giggling a little. good girl someone wants a good birthday present, She looks at me with her most innocent face. "I'm always good daddy and I have the best present you!", I smile. little old me?, She nods. I hug her picking her up. And you are the best gift I've ever received everyday feels like my birthday, She giggles as I put her down. get dress I'll be back, "ok daddy " I smile and walk out. I walk slowly into Prince's room. He is dressed playing on his Nintendo 3Ds. I knock lightly. Are you almost ready to leave?, He looks up at me. "Yeah in a minute ",I sigh. put the game down please until We straighten thing's with your teacher no games. He smacks his teeth. I shake my head. We leave in five, I said walking out.

I didn't go to work today. I just didn't feel like it. I don't know what I'm going to do for the conference. I mean what the hell can I say? I know how this goes they will believe the child over me. I know she will. But why would he make up such a lie? guess we'll find out.

I walked inside the elementary building to pick up Charlotte. I go in her classroom. Hello Mr.Keaton I'm here for Charlotte, He smiles and walks to Charlotte who was drawing on a paper. She looks at me and quickly grabs her bag from her cubby. She runs up to me. "Hey daddy I drew something for Prince do you think he will like it? ",She said showing me a drawing with a lot of random colors and stick figures. I chuckle. I'm sure he will well We have to hurry to just school so come on CJ, She nods as we jog to the car. I put her in and drove off . When we got to Prince's school it wasn't starting to rain. Come on Charlotte do you have your umbrella?, She nods taking her Hello Kitty one out. I nod and got mines and quickly helped her out the car rushing into the main middle school building. I look around till I found Prince's homeroom class. I waited outside the door till she dismissed her class. I walk in and see Prince sitting infront of her desk. Charlotte reaches for my hand as We walk closer to Mrs.Griffin's desk.

"Hello Mr. Jackson and Who is this little cutie? " Charlotte hides behind me. This use Prince's little sister Charlotte, She smiles at her. "I'm your big brother's teacher Mrs.Griffin ",Charlotte waves shyly. Then Mrs.Griffin looks at me. "if you don't mind taking a seat Mr.Jackson we can get started " I nod and sit. "To my understanding Prince gets got are home? " I Look are Prince then her. Of course not I would hurting myself before hurting him or any child, I said looking dead at her. She nods. "Prince can you Tell Me how many times your father has hit you? " Prince looks at me nervously. Then He looks at Her. "Prince you can tell me I Can ask your father to leave if that's what You need ",He looks at his hand's. "Mr.Jackson do you mind leaving for a while? ",I'm not going anywhere I don't hit my children I don't believe in that type of discipline I mean when does he tell you I hit him, I said looking at him. She looks through some paper's. "from my recordings seems most of the time when he is in trouble but that proves nothing Mr.Jackson, you could be taking out anger on home because of yourself sorrow from your wif-", don't you dare drag her into this,I said standing up. Let's go Prince, He doesn't move. Prince let's go, He stands up. "I'm sorry!! I can't take it! I lied... I lied to get out of trouble! " I look at his teacher who looks at him in shock. "Why Prince? " she said walking To him. "I don't know ","Well Mr.Jackson my apologies but I still need to investigate this because I already reported it " I look at her agitated. My kid's better not get taken away from me because of a white lie " I said walking out...
