Heading to a New Life

I was woken up by a kiss on the cheek. It was Carl.

"Morning." he said softly.

"Morning scrub." I said as Carl giggled.

I get up and see that everyone was awake expect Javier. So I got the bright idea to wake him up. I came up to him and pulled his dark brown hair. He screeched as he put his hands on his hair to see what caused him to wake up.

"Hello." I said.

Off in the distance I see Carl biting his lip to prevent him from laughing.

"Ok ok I'm up." he said as he sat up and yawned.

"Everyone I have news " I announced.

Everyone dashed their eyes towards me and listened.

"I met a guy named Aaron and he offered me to come to his community and said all of you can come too." I said confidently.

"How do you know this isn't some kind of trap?" Rick said strictly.

"When I met him he had clean cloths on, nice hair, well supplied and clean." I said.

"So what do you guys think?" I asked.

Not to my surprise everyone said yes.

We started to pack up and get Aj and Judith situated. We walk along the path to where I met Aaron. Honestly, I think this community is official cause it sounds like its legit but im still worried that im going to put my whole group, my family in danger but we have to try for Aj and Judith sake. We finally arrived at the destination where we met and we see a car.

"Clem was this car here when Aaron met you?" Carol said.

"No." I said as if this was a spam.

We walk towards the car, we hear footsteps getting louder and closer as we inch closer to the car. We heard a branch snap and me, michonne, and Carl put out our weapons.

"Hey hey its just me, don't shoot, your clementine right?" he asked nervously as we put our weapons down.

"Yeah its me, um Aaron this is my group." I said as I pointed to my group.

"Aaron did you put this car here?" Carol said softly.

"Yes, I hoped you guys would come so I can bring you to the community." he said.

"I call shotgun." Carl said with excitement.

He ran to the passenger seat and grabbed the handle but Rick stopped him.

"No Carl I'm not risking you getting hurt, get in the back." Rick demanded.

Everyone got in the van. I sat in the back seat with Aj in my arms. And Carl sat next to me with his sister in his arms. Rick sat in the passenger seat while Aaron drove to Alexandria.

Sasha and Rosina sat in the two front seats in front of me and Carl and Tara sat in the back with me and carl.

Carol was riding with Daryl on his motorcycle.

Abraham, Javier,  molly, Jane, michonne chose to walk.

There was silence in the car. I was looking outside of the window and see the trees go by, as walkers roam the forest.

Just thinking about what my life has become. From the scared little girl I was into a brave survivor and now I earned a new life, safety beyond the walls that separated the reality from fantasy.

This, Alexandria was my fantasy and outside of that is reality. I get to have a real life, I mean we got a new life.

I think I got over the fact that this world will turn back the way it was but I just wish the walkers could just rot and die instead of us doing it for them. But for now we have to deal with it.

"We're here." Aaron said.

We got out the car and met the wall of Alexandria. We are just one step away to our freedom of this cruel world. Face to face with our future. Soon the rest of the group came.

We walk into a place with homes, living people, children running g around. No. Walkers. In. Sight.

"Woah." I said in awe.

"Woah indeed." Javier said as he walks along side me.

Jane's POV.

I hope the group doesn't notice that Jordan is gone.

~* Flashback~* 

"Hey can I talk to you for a moment promise it won't take long" Jordan said.

"Um sure what about?" I asked.

"I'll tell you when we get outside." Jordan said.

We walk outside. She led me to the deep part of the woods. Why?

"So what's up?" I said.

"I just wanted to say I'm sorry for your loss." Jordan said.

"What do you mean?" I said.

She stayed silent. She had a devilish smirk on her face.

"Tell me you coward." I yelled as I begged to know.

"Clementine." she said in a creepy tone, keeping her smirk on her face.

"It would be a shame if I knew her, oh she sounds like a sweet girl when the group talks about her, mostly that boy oh what was his name? Carl? Wasn't it?" she said slowly still keeping the creepy tone of voice along with her nasty smirk across her face.

"You wouldn't dare touch her nor carl." I said with rage and anger boiling in my veins.

I had enough of her. I bolted towards her and smashed her body to a tree, pinning her up against it. She kicked me in the stomach and I winced in pain but I stood tall. We drew our guns pointed at each other's heads.

"Oh but your not going to stop me I will do everything it takes to win him." she said.

"Win, win who?" I said.

"Javier of course and I can see that you like well love him but there can only be one and carl and clem he cares more about them than me so you know the rest." she said.

I choked. How in the mother fuck did she know. Who cares how all that matters now is to keep them safe. I had enough of her bullshit. I squeezed the trigger and I shot her in between the eyes. She fell limp to the ground. In the process she dropped her tiny ass revolver.

I took it anyway. I walked back to the group and they had puzzled faces.

"Where's Jordan Jane?" Javier said.

"She had and accident." I said.

*~End of Flashback*~

I can't lie to the group more importantly to clementine as long as they believe me and I can keep my mouth shut we'll be fine.

So hey you guys I know I haven't updated in a while some things with my phone has been acting up so I'm using my sisters tab and something came up and I dedicate this
Chapter to my little brother Israel cause its his birthday
He turned 5 and we hope he will talk cause
