Do you remember me?

Part 5

Remember when 8th grade started and you started the Harry Potter series? I'm sure I was more excited than you. Luckily for me you were a quick reader and flew through them.By January you were already on book 7, my favorite book.

I'll never forget when you reached the final half of book 7. A moment that will forever be burned into my memory.

You had finally reached my favorite part of the book. The part where Snape gives Harry his memories. I was sitting right beside you reading over your shoulder. Remembering what it was like the first time I read that part. Remembering what Snape did to protect Harry.

I saw the tears begin to fill up in your eyes. You closed the book and just looked over the cover. No facial expression whatsoever.

She turned and saw the tears in my eyes and repeated what she had just read."Even after all this time?" "Always", I replied. she jumped into my arms and I squeezed her tight. That's when I knew. When I knew she was the one for me.

That day,I went to the nearest book store and bought 2 hard cover versions of the book and hollowed out one of them. I knew she had wanted a hard cover version as all potter heads do. On the inside of the hollow book I wrote "will you stay with me?"

Next month on Valentines day I presented it to her. She looked me in the eye and said "Always."
