When the city is full of crime and mysterious murders, how does the average citizen feel safe?

Normally you would have the police. But what if the police are corrupt?

One may turn to a detective. But where would you find those?

Welcome Draper. Leo Draper.

Draper has always dreamt of becoming a detective. But his abnormal thinking would cause him more harm than good. Adding to that, Draper's strange persona has done him few favours. He has faced ridicule and the mayor of London has personally saw to it that Draper be exiled from London.

However, when London is hit with a wave of mysterious murders, can the honest policemen solve the case? Or will the services of Leo Draper be required after all...
