It's a normal scene in the movie. PG was watching the movie run through when she spotted something in the background.

The picture, though blurred, in the background of the clip, it the picture of the dentist niece, that was supposed to take home Nemo, holding the dead fish that you see in the movie. Now, I now this isn't a huge detail but it my help theorist pin-point where exactly 'Finding Nemo' and 'Finding dory' took place. Now, before you say "Finding dory took place in California!" Well, we actually don't know that. All though Hanks says in the movie that they are at the bay of California, They are just fish. They don't know maps or geography as well as humans. For all we know, the truck that transports them could just be a aquarium name and not where there really going! Although it's a stretch, we could be in the exact same location as the dentist. But although we may conclude that the Dentist is working there take in the fact that he already HAS a job. So maybe, this is the location of where the little girls FAMILY works.
