Tears continued to stream down the young girl's face, trying to stop herself from crying was useless now anyways. After a few minutes of complete misery, she took out her laptop that she placed under her bed the night before.
After a few minutes of browsing, she finally found it. A company looking for employees. "Yes!" (Y/n) cheered quietly.
The next morning, (Y/n) left the house at nine in the morning. Her hair was tied into a ponytail. She walked down the busy streets, looking left and right for a very specific place. (Y/n) wondered the streets until she found it. It was a Frozen Yogurt cafe... thing (?). (Y/n) entered and approached the woman at the counter. "Hello." (Y/n) said, "I'm here to apply for a job,". The girl smiled, "O-Oh, yes! Of course!". "I can't leave the counter, so can you please go to the door over there? You should see our manager." She said, pointing to a door located quite near the counter. (Y/n) nodded, "Thank you!". She hurried her way to the door and knocked. "Come in."
(Y/n) opened the door and walked in. A man sat at a large table. "I'm here to apply for a job." (Y/n) smiled. "Have a seat." The manager said. (Y/n) nodded and sat down. The man pulled out a piece of paper from a drawer. "Can you please fill out this form?" He asked, putting the paper on the table. (Y/n) took a pen out of her bag and filled out the annoyingly long form. After a while, she handed the paper to the manager. He read the paper while (Y/n) sat there awkwardly. "(Y/n,)" He started. (Y/n) started to tense up. "You have the job, you start tomorrow at eight." He finished. 'That's it?' (Y/n) thought, 'Okay then,'. "Thank you, Mr...?" (Y/n) said a bit unsure. "Mr Jones." He smiled. "Thank you, Mr Jones." She smiled, leaving the room and closing the door behind her.
