The first month or so wasn't so bad, It actually went by fairly smoothly and nice. I sat with Toby and his friends every lunch period. There was Luke,Jonah,Mark and Jack. I didnt have any friends that were girls quite yet becasue well, it wasn't my thing. I don't do well with having girls as my friends...Too much stress and drama although having guys as friends isnt easy either. You have to make sure you look okay most of the time so they wont think you're a pig, to where as girls understand that there are just those day that you cant always look cute and at your best. We were in third hour, Mr.Jenkins class and this is where things turned for the absolute worst .

"Devon Smith if you don't get those headphones out of your ears and listen to my lesson I will take them in lock them in my drawer all week.!"

I sighed. "Alright, alright" I knew that he was going to pick on me the whole rest of class and when I didnt know the answer he would tell me it was becasue of my headphones issue. Its just... Its boring. If I had a choice I honestly wouldn't go to school, five days a week for six hours wih only thirty minutes to eat lunch.

"Devon." I her my name being called, being forced to snap out of the heavy daze I was in

"Yes?" I said with a smile that was so fake that Barbie couldn't even pull it off.

Do you agree with Miss.Trescotts statement?"  Uh-Oh. What satement, what was he talking about? As Toby would tap my shoulder "Who is responsible? British or us hoodlems?"  I smiled .

"Oh! That statement" I shot a glare at Lindsay from across the room.

"The British." I said with full confidence. She gave me a confused look "And why is that?" Mr.Jenkins asked me. A long pause went by as I felt my face growing more and more red.
