(Y/N) POV:

I turned around hoping that those ass holes were gone. Instead I turn to see Niall with an angry look on his face standing up. Thinking quick on my feet I quick walked over to Niall. "Hey Niall." I said faking cheerfulness. "(Y/N) we were ju-" "Niall it's fine" I said shooting him a 'I-know-what-I'm-doing-look'. I walked over to the one that was starting trouble and rapped my arms around his neck. He immediately put his hands on my hips with a smug smile. "How ignorant do you get?" I asked sweetly before kneeing him in the lower region. "Anybody else want one?" I questioned as the rest of them took the idiot off the floor and dragged him out. I turned to Niall who just stood in shock. "Do you want to eat something."

Niall POV:

I was speechless, and also hungry so I took her up on her offer. "Here's the hard part" "how so?" I asked. "You have to eat and hold a conversation" I nodded my head in response. "What do we talk about?" "what she's like" "I have I question" "what?" "do you have a boyfriend or something?" "no, but I thought I was in love with my last one." "Oh" my expression fell. She was loved before possibly why she wouldn't give me a chance. "What happened?" " Like every other guy I've dated, he was faggot. But he was different, he cheated and hit me." "How could you fall in love with someone like that?" I questioned getting angry. She looked down avoiding eye contact. "I don't know" she said letting a tear slipped from her eyes. "I want to take you one more place before the night is over."

(Y/N) POV:

I was too upset from my previous story to want to go anywhere else. Although I didn't really know Niall all that well, I trusted him more than I trusted myself. The car ride to the unknown destination was silent, we pulled up to a forest with a path leading up hills. Getting to a certain spot seeing a small glisten of something he told me to close my eyes. "Trust me for a second" he said guiding me by my hips. The little voice inside of me wanted to scream 'I always trust you because I know you care' but instead I kept my silence. "Ok open your eyes" he cheered. In front of me stood a large lake hit perfectly by the moonlight. "It's beautiful"

Niall POV:

Seeing her face light up made me smile as well. Her joy was interrupted by a shiver. "You cold?" I asked. She nodded in response, I slipped off my jacket hand it to her. "You don't have to it'll make you cold as well." She stated. "It's fine I'm a bit warm anyways and I'm also not the one showing her stomach at eleven o'clock at night." I responded. She took the jacket from my hands and slipped it on being overpowered by it's large size. The sparkle of the lake reflecting into her eyes made her even more beautiful. Time flew, he had to get back before people got suspicious. "Time to go"

(Y/N) POV:

Walking back we talked about everything that wasn't important. "Walk your date to the door" I told him before getting to my door. "Now this is the most important part, the goodnight kiss. This tells her how you really felt about the date. You can either give her a kiss on the cheek or no kiss at all. That tells her th-" I was cut off by Niall's lips pressing gently against mine. "I had a great time tonight." With that he left to his cabin. Leaving me confused, shocked and with his jacket.
