The jar. Get a jar. Then go on social media a post a picture or anything with the caption, what makes me good,special etc. Tell them to write stuff about you. Write them down and put them in the jar every time somebody comments on the picture keep adding comments to the jar. You're probably thinking how is this useful? Well it is whenever you're sad open the jar and read what people said about you!
