Love is something that everyone wants, Love is to be cherished. That's what everyone is taught when little, but for some they don't even know the meaning it was hard to understand.

" Today we will be starting to read Romeo and Juliet by Shake Sphere." Said Mr. Cole, the ComArts (English/reading)teacher.

Arrow Zeppy(A/N it's pronounced like peppy but a Z instead of P)groaned out loud. Love was overrated, and Arrow hated even the concept of it. To think that some people thought they needed a man or woman with them when they more than likely couldn't be faithful for more than seven days.

"Ms. Zeppy please refrain from making unnecessary noises in my class." Mr. Cole shot her a glare that could kill.

"Oh! But Tony, you just Make me feel so... warm inside." She exaggerated

Mr. Cole ignored her comment, not because he liked her but because it was more than likely true, you see, he was a young teacher, straight from college, and he, in fact, went to school with these kids three years ago.

And Arrow was a girl everyone had to remember, in her freshman year she painted the principals office pink and gray, everything right down to the last pencil.

She had almost gotten expelled for that, but by the schools policy if you were in the foster system you got five strikes a year. Arrow had gotten her fourth strike the last week of school that year.

The bell sounded and everyone ran out, eager to make plans for this Saturday. Arrow slowly made her way to the desk, where Mr. Cole was bent over, grading papers.

"Ms. Zeppy to what do I owe this... pleasure. "

"Why'd you come back here?" Arrow asked, total confusion on her face.

"What do you mean? I'm here to teach,"

"You were a quarterback Tony, you were excepted to five different state colleges, you could have had it all. But you throw it away to come back here and sit behind a desk, go bald and grade papers, it doesn't seem right!" She cried

" I came back here to make a difference, football was a hobby. It was something to pass the time, that's it. My father applied me to those places before knowing my plans. I was never going to leave this place." It was the truth, he wanted to make sure that the little trouble maker  he had his eyes on since his junior year would make it okay. And so far she had, but as the years went on, she had started to slip. Further down into a deep black whole, and he was scared he wouldn't get her back.
