Happy 21st birthday ya right!

Hello my name is Alaina Brooks i am sitting here with my husband in a courtroom waiting for trial to start i am being charged with the murder of my husband. when the judge walks in he tells me to start at the beginning so i start when i was 17 years old.

when i was 17 years old i lived with my aunt in a two story house my room was at the top near the attic  i was in my room when all of a sudden i hear a struggle going on downstairs i run downstairs to see my aunt Nina hitting a man she is saying you can't have her. i run up to stop the man when he pushes my aunt away form him he turns toward me  hi Alaina i am your uncle my aunt screams no you are not you can't have her  i will take you to court  go ahead says the man i will win i pay for this house i own you Nina she is mine i let you raise her now it is my turn i told you i would be back for her when she was 18,  NO NO  i turn around to run when i a grasp from behind  i scream let me go  John take her up to her room i will be there in a moment. i hear him talking to my aunt  we will be leaving in an hour you will never see her again she is mine

the man walks into my room and sits in the chair he nons at john to leave;

 Alaina you will get your clothes packed we leave in an hour and young lady if you are not pack or you try to run i will hurt you do i make myself clear? he doesn't wait for my reply he assumes i will follow is directions i run to my hiding spot in the attic  i have been in my attic for 2 hours. so i tiptoe down thinking that he is gone i have't heard him scream my name in awhile  so i think to myself maybe he is gone i walk downstairs  to see john coming toward me i take off running but he is running after me while hollering for someone named Allen i reach my attic when i am pulled down to the floor Well Alaina you have  caused me nothing but trouble today lets go. i struggle but he is too strong for me i quit struggling so he walks me to the front of the house i don't even get to say goodbye to my aunt. we have been driving for about an hour when we pull into a yard with a fence that needs a code to get into the man named Allen pulls me out of the car takes me to a room which is a book room i sit down he is mad looking at me with those blus eyes piercing taggers through me Alaina i am not gonig to hurt you or your aunt but i had to get you away from her i am the one who was  appointed to take care of you but i was a single man and i couldn't take care of you until now that youwill be 18 in a couple a days. i sit staring at him he tells me he will have mrs. geller show me me to my room.
