Ravi would be taken aback since people don't usually say his real name, nor call him by it. So I feel he'd be so surprised he might even stop for a second, and ask you what you said just to be sure you said his name. But I'd be prepared for another side of Ravi. You'd unleash something in him so he might start being a bit rough, just to get you to say it again.

Ken
He'd laugh. You'd be in the middle of him kissing and sucking your neck, then you'd moan his name softly. He'd stop and look up at you while giggling softly. He'd think it sounds a little weird to hear you calling him that. But no matter, after he stops giggling he'd get right back to what he was before.
