After a night of restless sleep, my fatigue persisted. Yet, I was awake; overwhelmed with immense anxiety, anticipating the answers to my questions. It was excruciating. As Lady Tsunade had predicted, I had regained nearly all my movement, though I remained weak. Moving felt akin to shifting cement, but I managed nonetheless.

As if my thoughts summoned her, the door swung open, and I lifted my heavy head to meet the gaze of the doctor I had been thinking of.

"Look at that!" she exclaimed with a smile, noting my improved condition, and then added,

"Let me get you a glass of water, and perhaps we can discuss all this craziness if you're up for it."

In response, I mustered what little voice I had, my words a faint whisper,

"Thank you."

The only word that could describe the water right now is 'sapid'—it's as if with each gulp, life is seeping back into me, quenching my parched tongue. Indeed, it is sapid.

"Okay, let's get started, hon," Tsunade said as she sat down, preparing a paper and clipboard to record my responses. "How about a name? First and last, please."

"It's (full name)," I replied hoarsely.

"(Y/n)? That's an interesting name. Which village are you from?"

"Village?" I echoed.

"Yes," she confirmed.

"I'm not from a village. I'm from (your city)."

She ceased writing and looked up at me, puzzled. "I've never heard of it. Maybe we have it mislabeled on our maps? Let's see," she said, standing and moving to a bookshelf. She skimmed the spines of numerous foreign titles before selecting a small, thin, fragile-looking book.

She returned to me, opened the book to a marked page, and handed it over. I found myself staring at an almanac, open to a world map that was entirely foreign to me. Instead of multiple continents and countries, it showed a single large landmass surrounded by several smaller nations, all encircled by vast oceans.

"Are you okay?" she asked, concern coloring her voice.

"I'm not sure... This map is nothing like any I've seen before... I feel as if I'm losing my grip on reality. Please tell me this is just a twisted joke," I managed to say. Tsunade came over and sat at the foot of my bed.

"What do you mean?" she insisted.

"You'll think I've lost my mind," I cautioned.

"Try me."

After listening to my wild explanation, she sat quietly with her eyes closed, contemplating my words. I hoped that sharing my story wouldn't result in a trip to the psychiatric ward. Then, opening her eyes, she said,

"Nothing is impossible; there are always forces and energies at work, and sometimes, inexplicable events occur in an instant without any warning."

It wasn't exactly the reassurance I was seeking, but it confirmed that no one was playing tricks on me. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not. Nevertheless, it is what it is, and I'll adapt.

"Considering your situation, I will arrange for your accommodation here in Konoha. I'll also provide you with some money for essentials and perhaps..." Tsunade started to explain, then stood up to place a call.

"Yes, hello," she addressed the person on the other end, "I need you for a special task, please come to the hospital." After hanging up, she turned back to me.

"A friend owes me a favor. You'll be well looked after," she assured me with a smile.
