"Come on now Audrey, we're already really late!" I heard my best friend shout like a maniac for me as I let out a sigh after looking in the bag to find the form our teacher told to fill up and submit today but I still wasn't able to find it. I decided to leave it as I knew that I won't be able to find it now no matter how hard I try and if I take any more time, I feel like Liana would proudly murder me too, and I'm just 18 right now, there's no way in hell that I would die right now since I have not even lived my life, heck i didn't even find the love of my life yet. How can I die without that?
"Are you coming or not?" I heard Liana again as I shook myself out of my thoughts and sprinted to the door only to see a half red Liana looking at me with the gaze that could kill.
"I can't find the form that teacher gave us." I mumbled as if explaining why I was late although I knew that it won't really matter to her since she was too pissed off right now. And as expected she didn't utter a single word, which I was somewhat thankful for, she sat on the drivers seat as I sat beside her and we sped to the school. I still can't believe this is my last year and I would finally be graduating and going to college after a year.
Despite the fact that Liana exceeded the speed limit just to reach to school on time but we were still 5 minutes late for our class which was enough to make me feel more ashamed and scared because of the wrath of our teacher.
"You're late again Ms. Ruth." I heard the loud voice of out teacher right next to me and my attempt to quietly walk and sit down on the seat failed, again. I took in a deep breathe to calm myself down as I turned towards her with a sweet smile on my lips.
"I promise it won't happen again." I started but was cut off by her as she shook her head. A look of disappointment crossing her face and I did feel bad about her, she was one of my favorite teachers but at the same time she was strict too, which is why I am so scared right now.
"Last chance Audrey, just because you got the highest marks in the test." She spoke as I nodded a little to enthusiastically, thanking her. I walked to my chair proudly and sat down. I realized the seat beside me was no longer empty like it usually was and there was some guy sitting there, someone who I have never seen before. Well I may have seen him but I don't remember who he is. Not that it matters.
He was quiet in the whole class, which was really weird since Ms.Lily always makes everyone speak up in the class no matter how shy that person is. But she never pointed him out, and he never dared to even look up from his notebook that was filled with different kinds of doodles. He wasn't even paying attention in the class, then why is he even attending the class if all he has to do is doodle on that notebook of his.
Okay Audrey stop poking your nose in other people's business. This isn't what you do.

The class soon ended as I got up to leave and saw Liana in the hallway standing with Jungkook, they seemed to be talking about something, and by the look on Liana's face, it was some gossip about something that must have happened in the school.
"What's up?"' I asked as I looked at Liana, who still looked pretty pissed off at me but I decided to ignore that glare of hers and shifted my gaze to Jungkook with a smile playing on my lips, well not like the smile ever left my face whenever I saw him. Having a crush on your guy friend is a good and a bad thing at the same time, you never know what the future holds, and being so close to someone you secretly like is not a good sign, mostly.
"How are you feeling now?" I asked him, as he nodded his head, "I'm better now, But how are you? I heard that someone is pretty pissed at you?" He spoke, as he gave me a wink and grinned. I decided to play along when I saw Liana look at him in disbelief.
"Ah that, Gosh I don't even know. I mean, it's not like I am the only one to blame now, you know." I spoke as he shook his head, trying his best not to smile but failing miserably.
"Just so you know, I'm right here." Liana spoke with a deep frown on her face.
"Did you hear something? Is somebody talking to us?" I asked as I looked around, ignoring her, and I know it pissed her off more and as expected she lightly punched me but thankfully there was a smile on her lips now.
"I should get going now, Liana are you really not dropping me today?" I asked, pleadingly looking at my best friend or else I had to walk home and I hate walking, She pouted as she looked at me, "I'm sorry, but I have to go to my mother's today and you know it's a totally different route than your house. I don't want to be late." She reasoned making me nod my head, it sucked to have parents who were separated but it sucked to have parents who lived miles away more.
"Hey don't worry, I can drop you off?" Jungkook spoke up as I looked at him, I swear this guy is a life saver.
"See, no worries, Superman is always to the rescue." Liana spoke with a grin on her face making Jungkook roll his eyes but a smile did form on his lips.
Ah he has such a cute smile.
Snap out of it Audrey! You need to go home with him, stop having these thoughts right now.
