Jett's Promise

Hey everyone this chapter has drug use in it so if you find this offensive please let me know! Welp, here it goes :D

'You're a- a WHAT?!'

'A werewolf'

'Babe, why didn't you tell me?'

'You weren't ready! I couldn't tell you. I just-'

'So why don't you turn into a werewolf at night?'

'Pffff you really believe that?! That's folklore crap.'

'S-so you don't?'

'Nah. I'm pretty sure you know all my differences by now. That's all that happens.'

1 hour later

'Babe I can't sleep!'

'Neither'

Said Jett and he moved closer to me. We listened to the soft sound of music from the party next door, which eventually lulled us to sleep.

I woke to the sound of banging. We sat bolt upright. Someone was downstairs was trying to kick our door down! We heard the sound of wood splintering. I knew who it was. It was one of those people from that party! No doubt they were drugged. Oh god! I thought, mum and dad will get hella mad at this dude! Then it occurred to me. He had to go through our tennis courts and our garden to get to us! I wondered if he had trashed that too. But, there was no time to consider because this high person was stumbling round our house. I could already hear pots and pans clanging, glass shattering and thuds as he fell into walls. Jett leaped out of bed. 

'Quick, get under the bed! This guy could be dangerous. I'll sort him out.'

'But babe-'

'I won't I wouldn't do that to you. Also, being half werewolf isn't so bad when it comes to fighting. I promise I'll protect you no matter what'

He smiled his half smile. The moon reflected off his defined cheekbones. Wow I thought, aren't I lucky!

He started walking down the stairs towards the severely drugged man. Was this the last time I would see him again? I didn't know.
