At 6 o'clock the alarm sounded. Saeran rolled over and moaned, slapping the alarm clock several times until it stopped.
"Stupid alarm clock, shut up already! Why the hell is it even going off this early?!"
He got out of bed and stretched. He noticed a small sticky note next to his bed as he walked to his closet.
"Huh, What's this?"
He grabbed the sticky note off the wall and read it Don't forget!!! Move into the dorm 11/5/16
"Oh crap, that's today!"
He rushed to his closet and grabbed his favorite shirt and a pair of jeans. He quickly threw them on and rushed downstairs. He was greeted by the sight of his Mom loading boxes into the car. She smiled and beckoned him over.
"Good morning"
"Good morning sleepy head" she replied "I thought you'd forgotten what today was." A small tear rolled down her cheek.
"Aw, it's ok mom" he wiped away the tear "I'll come back and visit every weekend, and every break I get I'll make sure to come down." He hugged her tight.
"I know I'm just so happy for you!" More tears fell from her eyes. "My baby boys going off to collage!"
"Aw mom!" He let go of her and looked her in the eyes, small tears welling up in his "I promise I'll come back and visit whenever I can....and I'm not a baby anymore."
"You better. And you'll always be my little boy" she kissed his forehead
"Mom" he smiled and a small patch of blush spread across his cheeks.
"Alright, we better get going or your gonna be late for the first tour." She wiped the tears from her eyes then climbed into the car.
Saeran took one last look at the house then joined his mother in the car.
When they neared the school they were stunned by its sheer size. It had to be at least 3 stories high! Not to mention the huge garden to left of the school and the track to the right.
"Wow! It's huge! I think it's gonna take me all year just to find all my classes!" Saeran stared at the school with wide eyes.
His mom giggled and pulled into a parking spot near the front office.
"Here we are"
she stepped out of the car and walked into the office with Saeran.
"Um excise me but can you tell me where his dorm is?"
"Name?" The receptionist replied dully
"Oh um his name is Saeran Choi"
"Dorm one first floor room 205, he has two roommates."
"Ok thank you"
As they walked out Kim, his mom, smiled and looked at him
"She was cheery."
They both laughed and began looking for the dorms.
