Chapter 15

Evan's P.O.V.

We arrived at Craig's house. I was starting to get nervous and weirded out at the same time. Craig never calls me for urgent stuff outside the company. So it was quite odd.

When I knocked on the door, Jonathan hides behind me, acting innocent and shy. He was so cute. I wanted to hug him and kiss him all over, but at the same time, I wanted to fuck him senseless until he couldn't walk for at least a month.

My thoughts were interrupted when Craig opened the door and pulled both Jon and I inside quickly. He looked outside and then closed the door.

"Uhh, okay, hi?" I say confused.

"Yeah, yeah. Hi. But what the fuck is going on?!" He says angrily.

"What are you talking about?" I asked.

He sighs then turns to the living room. We see Jonathan's sister on the couch with pj's on and a beer in her hand.

"Have you guys seen the news today?" Craig asks.

We both shook our head as Craig turned on the TV. The news anchorman was starting to talk.

"Good afternoon, Los Santos! My name is Jordan Maron..." he says.

"And my name is Rosanna Pansino! And the top story today... Is the the co-owner of Thompson Inc. a homosexual?" She rhetorically asks.

My eyes went wide.

"That's right, Rosanna! An anonymous person has sent us pictures of his emails and of his so called, 'Little Slut!'"

My breathing started to go quick as soon as I saw the pictures and emails that showed on the screen. I sat down and started to run my hand through my hair and rubbed my face.

This can't be happening.

"More news tonight at eleven!"

And with that, Craig turned off the TV and looked at us. I didn't know what to do. What was I supposed to do?

"Well..." Liz starts to say, but never finishes.

"Well what?! I can't fix this! How am I supposed to when everyone out there knows that I have a "Little Slut" and is GAY?!" I shout.

They all flinched. Jonathan looks down and starts sniffling. He mutters something but I can clearly hear it.

"This is my fault," he murmurs.

My look softens and I pull him close.

"No, no, baby boy. This isn't your fault!" I whisper, "If anything, it's that mans fault who gave everything out. None of this was your fault, okay?"

He looks up and slowly nods.

"So what are we supposed to do now?" Craig asks.

"Come out, I guess. The only option we do have here." I plainly say.

"Do you think people will get upset?"

I thought about it for a second, "No. I think people will just be in shock... but not upset."

"Go die in a hole!" Someone shouts.

"Thanks for that advice!" I shout back.

"You should kill yourself!" Someone else shouts.

"Thank you for your support!" I said back.

"Go to hell, faggot!" Another shouts.

"I'll meet you there!" I said back.

There were protesters outside the building before I went to work. There was a stand with microphones on. I guess I had to make a speech about it.

There was even reporters and paparazzi everywhere around me. They were all asking questions and pictures of me.

I took a deep breath and went up to the stand. I hit a mic a few times and asked for everyone's attention before it went silent.

It did get silent.

"Now a lot of you might be wondering if the news and/or rumors are true..."
I began to say.

Everyone waited impatiently for the answer.

"Yes they are true," I say before turning away.

Protesters began to shout at me again. Reporters came up to me asking me questions and people were trying to take pictures of me.

I tried to ignore them all, but it was difficult for it to ignore.

I finally got into the building and soon enough, guards came around me to defend me around other people.

Thank god.

I sigh, now I got to get through this day without getting any hurt or hate from anyone.
