Because we hit 3k, (THANK YOU SO MUCH BY THE WAY!!!) I'm deciding to put small "sneak peeks" of the next chapter at the end of each chapter. If that made any sense? Basically, after every chapter, I'll give a sneak peek of the next one. Anyways...
Enjoy💜

"Boys are leaving in ten minutes." I say, setting my phone down on the table. Rydel had just placed our chunky cheesecake brownies in the oven and by the time the boys get home, they'd be fresh and everyone will be happy.

"Could you go put these back upstairs?" Rydel asks, handing me a metal fork, a glass bowl, a glass measuring up, and a huge metal spoon.

"Why the hell do you keep your silverware upstairs?" Court asks.

"I was wondering where it went! I was trying to find a glass earlier and all I found were red solo cups. And then plastic forks, spoons, and shit. What's up with that?" Alexa asks. Sav left a bit ago for a shower and rehearsals, and considering Vanni's dating Riker, she knows a lot more than Courtney and Lex.

"Oh, one of the boys challenged all of us to see if we could make it a whole month without real silverware. The winner gets a hundred bucks." Rydel says, completely lying her ass off.

"Uh, you're using it now." Courtney points out, confusion all over her Aussie face.

"They don't know that." Vanni replies, shrugging her shoulders. "And Laura, I'll come with you." With that said, Vanni links my arm and drags me to the stairs.

"Can we really trust her down there?" I whisper. We walk into Riker's room and grab the hidden key in one of his old ties. We unlock the bedroom door and then walk into Rydel's closet, where she keeps the bathroom key in her sock drawer. I know I know, this may be way overboard and keeping things away from Ross, but this was all Stormie's idea. It's her child, she wants him alive.

(So before you go hating on me and commenting shit for writing this next paragraph, what if your child almost killed himself or herself? Would you take all these precautions? I know I would for their benefit. He's suicidal, I've never been, but I know I'd do anything to keep my child alive. So please do not hate of me for any of this or call me stupid because half of this isn't necessary. I'm only human people. Please understand that he could break something that's glass and slice his wrists/neck to kill himself, so this is necessary in my opinion. Once again, PLEASE NO HATE!)

"I have no idea." Vanni whispers, now unlocking the bathroom door. I pause my footsteps the moment I stare into Rydel's bathtub. More than ten pill bottles, all the kitchen knifes, the glass bowls, plates, cups, metal forks, spoons, knifes, anything glass and sharp is in her bathtub along with matches, candles and lighters. Vanni puts everything back and grabs my wrist, dragging me out of the bathroom. I stay silent as she locks everything back up, making sure to hide the two keys. "Hey, you okay?" She asks, stopping me at the top of the stairs.
