I was staring at the most beautiful girl that I have ever seen, Summer Hathaway. Well, we met in first grade and we NEVER talked. Considering the fact that she was sleeping on her desk at the moment, I took this chance to stare and admire her beauty. Meanwhile, Zack punched me in the shoulder and teased me," So, Summer huh?" I shushed him as he was a little too loud and that could attract *some* unwanted attention. We kept quiet when Summer started to wake up. Oh how cute could she be.

While looking at my "girl", I heard the name "Tomika" for over a thousand times, not literally. I started to get annoyed and I went over to Tomika's desk and asked her to go over to Mr Finn's table. I took the chance to look at my blonde beauty, Summer. I smiled at her and surprisingly she returned the smile. At that moment, there were butterflies in my stomach and my heart was pounding really fast.

After that awkward moment, the band started to rock and rehearse for our next gig. Mr Finn was rather impressed as he clapped along to our beat. I was trying hard not to get distracted by Summer while playing with my drum set. When the rehearsal finally finished, I looked over at Summer and noticed that she was about to trip over the bass guitar and fall. I used all my might to run over at her side and managed to pull her back. In that time, I felt that there were only the two of us. I noticed her beautiful blue eyes and her blonde hair shimmering in the daylight. I couldn't help it but smile. Also, for the first time I actually talked to her and I asked," Are you okay?" She began nodding nervously and then I realized I was still holding onto her, so I let go and said," Sorry."
The awkwardness made me scratch the back of my head while I tried to look away.
