After hours of chatting with Ben, I decided to get some fresh air. I put on a blue cardigan and jeans, along with my sports shoes and arrived at the park. I found an empty bench and sat down. I began to fantasise about Freddy when I began to notice a boy with messy blonde hair; starting to walk over to me. Surprisingly, it's my favourite cousin, Eric. He never ever fails to make my day. Whenever I have certain problems, he would always be there to comfort me and make me smile. Well, most of the time, I would begin telling him about Freddy.
Eric sat down next to me and asked," How is your day today?" I told him everything that has been happening since the start, including the time when Freddy held me before I could fall. He smirked at me cheekily before giving me some "relationship advice"."I'm pretty sure that Freddy has a thing for you, Summer. Tell him how you feel before it's too late. Once you graduate, you might never see him again unless the both of you are meant to be. You have to listen to me." He had a pretty serious face at the moment and I realized I shouldn't be goofing around. I giggled and started to pat Eric on his back," I'll take your advice. Now if you excuse me, I'm gonna head home. Bye dude." He waved at me and I began to sprint home; while at the same time, I fished out my phone from my pocket and started to text Freddy that I had "something really important to say". Well, kinda. I sent the message and braced myself for the worst; he might actually reject me but the reply was in fact, the opposite. "Meet me at the playground, the one near our school." I began to sprint my way to the playground and there stood a boy that mesmerized me at sight. He smiled at me and I walked over, while saying the first words to him," H..Hi Freddy!" He chuckled upon hearing that. I blushed in embarrassment.
