Yea I skipped school and Trevor is so going to kill when he finds out. Like latterly kill me. I walked around the town for a little bit hoping to find something to do. I fished around in my pocket and pulled out a total of 10.75$. What can I do or get with that? I mean I'm not that hungry, but I haven't eaten in like...well I can't remember...did I even eat anything yesterday? I looked around for some where to go for food that looked good. Half of these places do like burgers and stuff, and I am vegetarian so there's not much I can eat. A smile came across my face when my eyes landed on the place 3 places down for the store I was in front of.

Oh my sweet lord baby Jesus its dream cream!!! One of the best ice cream places ever!! I felt like a little kid on Christmas and ran into the store....why is it so empty. Oh yea everyone's is still at school and work.

"C-c-c-c-can i-i-i h-have t-t-two s-s-scoop o-of c-c-cookie d-dough ice c-cream?"

"Sure" she winked and walked back behind the counter to get me my ice cream. I put the money on the counter and waited for her to bring back my ice cream.

"Here you go Hun!" she smiled and handed me my ice cream, and a piece of paper? I looked at the paper it said "Emily's # call me" I looked back at her again

"S-sorry I-I'm gay"

"Oh that's ok, all the good ones are ether taken or gay. Can I ask you something, wait hold that thought I'll just go ahead and clock out so I can talk to you while you eat your ice cream if that ok?"

"S-sure"

She walked over and clocked out and came back over to me and sat down where I had went and sat.

"Why do you stutter?"

"S-sorry i-i-I j-just d-don't talk m-m-much"

"I can help you with that, I mean if you want me to."

"W-WHAT R-R-REALLY!"

"Sure Hun"

It made me really happy that someone cared enough to help me. For the next 3 hours and a half she worked with me on my stuttering. I am glad she clocked out I guess she planned on doing this before it happened. And she really did help me out a lot. I guess I was just kinda rusty on my talking and forgot how to run my words smoothly together but I'm not 110% better. But I am at least a good 72% better and that counts a lot.

"Hey Hun do you have a job?"

"n-no I don't b-but I-I'm still in s-school"

"Why don't you work here with me?"

"Sure t-then I-I'll have s-some money to s-spend on m-myself." I smile at the thought of that.

"Will you can start tomorrow after school if that's ok and you will get 6 dollars and hour I know that's not a lot but it's a good start for someone who needs the money and is still in school."

"Y-yea"

"Hey what did I tell you?"

"t-that I have n-nothing to be s-scared o-of"

"Ok then so take a deep breath and try that again"

I took a deep breath as she said

"Yea I h-have n-n-nothing to be s-scared of"

"Better we will still work on that" she smiled

"Well I should get home now"

"SEE YOU DID IT!!!"

"I-I d-d-did?"

"Ugh" she smacked her head
