You were the last person to walk out of Mrs. Misaco's classroom when you heared your teacher calling for you.

"Excuse me for a second.. (Y/N), right?"

You stopped where you are and turned to her.

"Uh, yes. Did i do something wrong?"

She smiled at you, then spoke again in her usual calm tone.

"You did nothing wrong, my child.. but i think i owe you a thank you."

"Me? For what?"

"For Lloyd.."

"What do you mean?"

She opened her mouth and was about to reply, but a voice interrupted.

"Hey, mom!"

Lloyd came running your direction.

"Wait, (Y/N)?"

"Hello, son."
"Hey Lloyd!"

You smiled at him widely.

"What are you two doing together?"

"(Y/N) is my student, Lloyd. Don't forget that."

"Yeah right, anyway.. Me and the guys are going to Chen's again, 'kay?"

"But don't be late, Lloyd. You know-"

"Yeah sure, thanks mom!"

He began running away again.

"Son, aren't you gonna kiss your mother goodbye?"

Lloyd stopped where he was.

"Moooom! We talked about that!"

He facepalmed.

"As you wish.."

Mrs. Misaco looked disappointed.

"How about kissing me goodbye?" You said and chuckled.

Lloyd stopped for a few seconds, then turned, with a smile drawn on his face.

He went to his mother, kissed her on the front, then to you and kissed your check.

"Bye, mom! Bye, sweety!"

He ran away, with no one interrupting this time.

"That's exactly what i meant." She spoke to you again.

"I don't get it.."

"You have an influence on him, (Y/N). A good one."

"Influence?"

"He've been into way less trouble, and became less rebellious and angry than before lately. And i think that's because of you."

She smiled at you.

"Thank you, (Y/N), again."

"But i did nothing."

"You don't need to."

You smiled back.

"It's my pleasure to help.."
