The Girl and The Boy

Yay! I finally released my second fanfic but...IT'S FREAKING 10:25 AND I AM WRITING THIS AT TUITION.

 Joker was on and heist as usual. But this time, someone was chasing him. Joker dashed through the forest as the person held sharp wood in its hand,(Well, since that person wasn't confirmed to be a female or male after all-_-) chasing Joker. Joker endured the pain of his injured right arm, but then suddenly slipped down a slope and that person took the chance and pinned the thief down, ready to kill him. But suddenly, there were sounds of footsteps and humming.

"Darn." That person turned and ran to the exit, leaving the injured boy behind. Slowly, Joker's eyelids closed and fell into darkness.

Joker fluttered his eyelids, looking at the cream colored ceiling.

"Oh, you're awake sir." A voice came from his left. As he looked left, a girl with long wavy white hair and blue eyes gave him a small smile.

"Oh hello, where am I ?" Joker tried to sit up but was stopped by the girl.

"Wait, you shouldn't get up first since your wound hasn't recovered." The girl lightly pushed Joker back to the bed.

"Thank you very much..." Joker trailed off.

"It's (Y/N)."

"Oh, (Y/N)-san." Joker smiled." Is there anyone living with you?"

"Oh, no. I live alone. Oh by the way, what's your name sir?"

"It's...Jack." Joker remembered what happened back then.

Suddenly a sparrow landed on the windowsill.

"Oh Alice, any news?"(Y/N) asked.

"Yes yes, a group of armed humans are coming towards this way!"

Joker's eyes nearly popped out. A bird which could talk!

"Jack, please bear it for a while" (Y/N) helped Joker up and squeezed him into the counter cupboard.

"Oh, okay." The girl closed the door as Joker hugged his legs.

General Manbo knocked on (Y/N)'s door as the house owner answered the door.

"Hello?" (Y/N) sticked her head out." Which of you wanted to see me?"

"Me." General Manbo said, but the girl didn't notice him.

"Eh, did one you said that?" (Y/N) asked the soldiers, but they shook their heads. General Manbo started getting angry.

"IT'S ME!" General Manbo shouted, (Y/N) finally looked down at the short man.

"O-oh, sorry!"(Y/N) apologized.

"It doesn't matter now, did you see a man named Joker?"

(Y/N) blinked twice.

"No."

General Manbo gritted his teeth in annoyance.

"Don't you dare lie to me."

"I am not lying."

A soldier pointed his gun at the girl.

"Tell me the truth now."

"I'm telling the truth!"

Now (Y/N) was getting pissed off.

General Manbo sighed and turned around.

"Fire."

Everything went in slow motion. The soldier fired. (Y/N)'s eyes widened. 

"Watch out!"

(Y/N) looked back and a cape suddenly covered her. The bullet knocked off the purple cape as the cape slowly descent, revealing a bandaged Joker and (Y/N) looking at him.

"J-Jack-san!"

"It's fine (Y/N)."

"Ooo, so he told you that huh? Fire!"

The bullets came as Joker covered them both with a cape again. The bullet all fell down, but one grazed his wound.

"Ouch..." Joker fell onto his knees, holding his bleeding wound.

"Jack-san!"

"Looks like we can finish you both here." General Manbo smirked evilly. Suddenly (Y/N)'s blue eyes turned red as she looked up onto them. The soldiers' and General Manbo's hands and legs were paralyzed.

"What the...?!"

"Run!" (Y/N) pulled Joker together with her as they ran into the forest. As they reached a certain part of the forest, the duo sat down to rest. The girl placed her hands on his grazed wound, and her hand began to glow, healing the wound.

"Hey (Y/N)," Joker looked at the girl.

"Yes?"

"Is that a magic trick or a power?" Joker asked.

There was a minute of silence.

"Neither. I think it's a curse." (Y/N) smiled, but it was filled with sadness.

"Oh, I see."

There was a sudden explosion. Then there was screams of men.

"What was that?" Joker asked.

"Oh, that's the creatures of this forest." (Y/N) sighed as she also sweat dropped. "Sometimes, they're superbly scary."

And yup, that was true.

-At General Manbo's side-

"GAHH!" The group of men shouted as the huge flock of birds attacked them for bombing the girl's house.

"Go away from this place now!" A deer ordered.

"Okay okay!" The group of men were chased out from the forest into a street alley but the birds.

"I think this place is deserted..." A soldier observed as the general walked straight onto the road.

"Look there are no car-" A car suddenly hit General Manno as he FLEW AWAY.

"LOOKS LIKE I WAS WRONG!"

(Y/N) sighed as she looked at the state of her house. The half of her house(A.K.A the top) was bombed and there were rubble everywhere.

"I'm sorry..." Joker scratched the back of his head as the girl picked up a rubble.

"O-oh, it's fine!" (Y/N) smiled. "This house was rebuilt thrice."

"As an apology, you can stay in my ship." Joker sweat dropped. (Y/N)'s eyes had glimmering stars.

"You own a ship?!" The girl asked with a smile on her face,excited.

"Y-yeah..."

(Y/N)'s smile had grown even bigger.

"Okay, I'm staying with you!"

Ola readers! Nekomatchatea here! I think this release this a day later than I expected since this took me five days to finish because my mom kept giving me work and..I had a cold. Since then mom said that,"Oh, you have a cold so you can't use you iPad!" And...there you go. Please enjoy and forgive me for my delay on my other fanfic "Hey Kid!"
