he slowly leaned towards me, his eyes glued to mine with care.
"forget about them, i'm here with you now"
he whispered into my ear and in one quick motion pulled me closer to him by my hand.
i didn't know why, but i burst out in tears once again, my breath unsteady and deep.
the boy's gaze softened as he titled his head to the side to get a clearer view of me.
he raised his free arm and went on to caress my soaking wet cheek with his cold thumb.
"you're gonna end up creating a tsunami"
he chuckled dryly, his eyes staring deep into mine as he waited for me to brighten up.
