Jason's POV
"Yo, Summers!" Mason yelled, running to me.
"Mason, what's up?"
"There's a killer party tonight. Every Friday, you know that. What do you say about going? Maybe bring your girl?"
"I'll talk to her. I missed a few, if she goes I'll go."
"Sweet. I'll let Jacobs know. See you tonight."
"Hey, T." I smiled, walking up to her locker.
"Hey, charming. What's up?"
"There's a party tonight. Mason asked if we could go."
"Sounds like fun. I've never been to a party before. What's it like?"
"Well, there's alcohol, music, dancing, sometimes there are pills." She looked at me. "But you don't have to drink."
"I would say pick me up at eight. But considering the conditions, just pick me up whenever you're ready."
I smiled, and held her waist. "If at anytime you feel uncomfortable, tell me, okay? You tell me, and we'll leave." She nodded. "I'm serious. When these guys get drunk, it's like all hell is loose."
"Okay, I will. Don't worry." I put my forehead on hers, and closed my eyes.
"What's wrong?" She asked, holding me.
"It's just my mom. She's getting worse. This morning, I found her hair all over the downstairs shower. And she's running low on her pills. I don't know how much longer she has."
"Hey, your mom will be fine, okay? She's strong. I mean, she took on two girls. She's strong, babe."
"Babe?"
"Oh, sorry. I didn't r-"
"no, I like it. It has a... Ring to it. Turns me on."
"That's my cue to leave." She laughed, getting out of my hold.
"Oh, come on."
"Nope. Go take a cold shower or something."
"Maybe I will. With you in it?"
"That's enough." She laughed.
Natalia's POV
"Are we having a girls night tonight?" Amber asked, as I put my bag on the lunch table.
"Am, I'm so sorry. I already told Jason I would go to a party with him tonight."
"Wait, you're going to a party?" I nodded.
"You? A party?" She laughed. Am I supposed to be laughing with her?"What's so funny?"
"I just can't believe you're going to a party."
"Well, believe it."
"Lia? Are you alright?" She asked, poking my shoulder.
"Yeah, totally fine."
"Did you eat this morning? Lia, please tell me you ate."
"I did, I did."
"What did you eat?"
"Um... Bread." She grabbed her bag, and got up. "Where are you going?" I asked, watching her.
"To get you lunch."
"Am, no. I'm not hungry."
"I don't care, Lia. I'm not going through this again." She said, before walking into the lunch line. I groaned, and put my head on the table.
