"I can't wait for football tryouts," I say.

It's 2:29 and Lore'al can't wait to get to football tryouts. The bell rings and she darts out the room and heads to the bathroom to change into her shorts and t-shirt.

After I get dressed I head out side to the field and look at all the people my eye could see. I only saw one person I knew ,Malík, and as soon as I saw him he looked and saw me and walked towards me.
  "So u tell off the head cheerleader now your trying out for football your like the girl of my dreams," Malík said.
  "Thanks for the weird compliment," I said.
Coach:
All right listen up first we are gonna start with Kicks then throws then catches.
First up Jayden Mcall.
 
I see Jayden walk up and as he walks up he looks at me and winks.
He kicks the ball it went 50 yards,he threw the ball it went 75 yards, then he catches It. He good and cute.

Coach:
Ok good next up Malík têal.

Malík does everything good but the kick and he got the second highest score.

Everyone has went, now it's my turn.
I kick the ball 95 yards, I throw the ball 70 yards and I go 20 feet and catch the ball. When I turn around I see all the boys stare in shock.

Coach:
You got the highest score Lore'al.
I will put the positions up tomorrow

I walk over by Malík and he gives me a big hug. I hesitate but hug him back.

(The next day)
As I go outside waiting for Bea and Anái I don't see them so I head for the bus stop and see Malík at my bus stop.
"Hey Lore'al I wanted to come with you so we could see the scores together," he said
"Good because I want to see it with someone I like," I said and he smiled at me.

We pull up at the school and Malík and I walk to the front office and see the name list.
I see me 1st I'm number one and the quarterback.
Malík is number 6 and he's the running back.
"I can't believe you're number one Lore'al I thought I would have been at least be the fill in quarterback," said malík.
"Its okay I think u deserve to be ," I say.
"Thank you," he says as he walks up to and presses his lips against my cheek as I start to get hotter and hotter and malík looks up at me & has a worried look across his face and says sorry and runs to 1st period with out a second look back.
