Chapter  1

Hair

in this chapter I will be dividing it into 2 sections.

Ethnic  hair care , and Caucasian hair.

  Caucasian hair

The first thing I will cover is that you should NEVER wash your hair every day, you should wash it at least every other or longer. IF you have oily hair, I would recommend using a dry shampoo. Now, if u are to use a dry shampoo please use a more high end brand, such as Paul  Mitchell, and Big sexy hair. Actually I recommend you to buy all your hair products from a high end brand. Most off these can be quite expensive but you can save up money and print out coupons. Also another thing I highly recommend is for you to NOT use heat tool every day. It damages your hair terribly! My number 1 tip for you is to always brush your hair from the bottom up.Also remember to get a trim every six months!

Ethnic hair

ehthnic hair care is a lot more difficult to maintain then white peoples hair. Most ethnics hair is very thick and unruly, and dry. I would say the driest hair out of most nationalities would be African-American hair. Its natural state is very, very dry and needs TONS of moisture, its chemicaled state, or relaxed state is MUCH weaker then natural hair and tends to break often.Because of how dry our hair gets we cannnot wash our hair everyday. Most African-American people, such as myself wash their hair only once or twice a week. If your hair is natural, one of my number 1 tips would be to always use a wide tooth comb after washing. I would only wash your hair about twice a week and at least do a deep conditioning once a week, and a protien treatment at least once a month. Also do some research on youtube. A youtuber I would highly recommend would be naptural85. Now if your hair is chemically relaxed, then one of my #1 tips would be  to not put your hair in tight ponytails or buns. This will break your edges.A youtuber I would highly recommend would be prettywitty77. For other ethnic hair I would recommend the youtuber, farahdhukai.

Natural Home Remedies

Dry:  a good deep conditioning treatment would be to mix olive oil, sweet almond oil, tea tree oil, and castor oil together. Massage into scalp and leave on for 30 minutes to an hour.

Mix together regular greek yogurt, 1 egg(optional, some people don't like the smell of egg) and one half bannana(smash) and honey. mix very well. apply to hair and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse.

Chapter 2

Face

Here are the most common skin types.

Dry

Oily

Some natural remedies for dry skin. If your skin is flaky then I recommend you to use the sugar scrub recipe down below first. If you have just regular dry skin then mix honey, olive oil together and apply on face, leave on for about 10 minutes then rinse. This will leave your skin looking dewy and fresh!

Sugar Scrub

1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup honey, and 1/8 cup of olive oil.

If you have oily skin, I recommend you use a mask. This is also really good to use if you have acne.

Avocado Mask Recipe

Take a very very ripe avocado, smash until there are little to no lumps, take 1/8 cup of honey, and mix with avocado. Apply to face and let dry for 20 minutes, then rinse.

Another really good ingredient for your face is baking soda.

Baking Soda Face Cleanser

Mix baking soda with water until a creamy substance has formed add an oil of your choice. If you have oily skin, only use a tiny amount.

Chapter 3

Makeup.

This is my favorite chapter! In this chapter I will be listing some recipes on how to make your own makeup products! There are TONS of brands out there that sell makeup. But a lot of those brands have ingredients in them that are TERRIBLE for your face.

LIPS

Lip gloss: mix vitamin E oil, sweet almond oil , and a tiny bit of honey together, if you want a certain color you can add food coloring.

lip balm: mix honey, beeswax melted, and vitamin E oil , and grapeseed oil together add a tiny bit of lipstick to make a tinted lip balm.

Lip stain: take beet juice and apply to lips.

Also one big tip I have when it comes to your lips is to Always exfoliate them at least once a week. This will help them from looking chapped and help lipstick application smoother.

Mascara

mix a charcoal capsule, or if you do not have a charcoal capsule, use black eyeshadow, mi x coconut oil use less if you want a more voluminous mascara.

Tip! Never push your mascara in and out, fastly. This will create air bubbles and make your mascara dry out quicker.

Blush

mix your favorite lipstick with a tiny bit of shimmer, with a LITTLE BIT  of the oil of your choice.Make sure to melt lipstick first.

Tip! If you don't feel like getting exercise to find out what your natural cheek color is, just sqeeze them! You'd be supprised at how many people  actually didn't think about that!

To create  a liquid blush and more intense color, take beet juice and apply to cheeks.

And remember ladies, the less makeup you put one, the more beautiful you are! And always, always, always use a primer before applying makeup!

Chapter 4

Lice

Lice... alot of people do not like to think about it. I mean who wants to think about a ton of bugs eating at and crawling in your scalp! Gross x 100!!!  As much as we all hate to thing about or even consider having lice we need to be aware. Here are some things about lice that u didnt know, hell even I didnt know!  A lot of people think that  if you do one lice treatment  all the lice have died  not true! Lice can  hide in walls, in your pillows and all over your house! Another thing that people think. Oil can NOT get rid of lice. It can somewhat repel them but oil does not kill lice. Another fact is that ANYONE  can get lice. A rumor is that African-Americans can't get lice because they have oily scalps. Newsflash: African-American hair is the dryest scalp.

Well I hope u enjoyed this book and comment on it so I can see what u think about it. If I get good reviews I will write a second book. Thanks for reading bye!
