I'm lost.
No matter how many times I relive it, she never belonged in the future. She was always set to appear, she was always set to make you fall in love, with life, with love and with the sense of being alive. Perfect people were never meant to be with you forever.
As cliché as it is, I found her one day staring at the sunset. Reaching out her hand to the light she said,
“Wouldn't it be nice to actually be alive?”
It broke my trance and it broke my heart once again, and again… and again.
