🕸— (y/n)'s POV —🕸

I sighed, walking through route 118. Normally, I wouldn't be outside, let alone without (f/p). Anxiety rocketed through me as I started to loose my sense of where I was.
I was supposed to be headed out past route 118, to New Mauville City, where my cousin– Sapphire– said she had found (f/p), after it had ran off suddenly.

As I started to panic, I searched for somebody– anybody to ask for directions. Being lost sucked, but knowing that you didn't have any Pokémon sucked even more.
My eyes soon enough fell upon a young, black-haired male standing near the trees. He was wearing a blue shirt with yellow stripes around the arm sleeves. I rushed over, hoping not to make a fool of myself.

"oh-uh-hi! Um.... Where's N-New Mauville... uhurm... D-do you k-know?" Was all I could force out of my mouth.

The black-haired boy turned around, his yellow eyes staring at me. He took a moment to look me up and down, as I did with him– wait, are those ears?– I questioned myself for a second, but shrugged it off, it could just be a cosplay outfit, or the guy really likes luxio.. He smiled, knocking me from my thoughts.

"Uh- yeah! I do, what're you doing so far from it though?" His voice was calm, not quite what one would expect, however it was welcoming too.

"I'm far from it?" I tilted my head slightly, "Could you um... Take me there?" I looked down, a light blush forming across my cheeks.

I awaited a response. Typically, I would expect the person to apologise and say they have things to do, after all, we're all on a journey out here, right? I chuckled to myself, almost in self-pity.

"Of course!" I looked up to see the boy beaming, a bright grin plastered onto his face. He grabbed ahold of my hand, running, "It's in this direction!"

🌙— Luxio's POV —🌙

As this... Girl... And I ran through the forest, I started to question why she had come to me for help. Surely she would've noticed I wasn't a human by now, and backed out of it... Right?
Nevertheless, I lead her through route 118, leading her through Mauville, and out onto route 110. I smiled, taking in her features once we had stopped. Her (h/c) (h/l) hair waved softly in the breeze as her (e/c) orbs shimmered. Her gaze fell upon the water in front of us, her smile softened and her face seemed to drop in sadness.

"How're we gunna do this, blue?" She looked at me, her (e/c) orbs saddened, "At this rate we'll never get to (f/p)..."

I looked around, anything would help. After a few minutes of searching, I noticed a small, not too wide path going towards the direction of New Mauville. I hummed happily, grabbing (y/n) by the hand before pulling her towards the pathway.
I didn't have to take the girl's hand, but I did. Something about (y/n) made my heart beat ten times faster than any other trainer— or Pokémon did. She wasn't like them– she was special. From the way she walked to the nickname she had given me in the half an hour we were together, Blue, She sent my heart a flutter.

  Once we finally arrived at New Mauville, she hugged me, pulling me close. I attempted to hide my blush as the girl chuckled to herself. She let out the most adorable smile I'd ever seen.

🕸— (y/n)'s POV —🕸

I smiled, beaming at the boy in front of me. I would be lying if I told you I didn't like him– but I doubt he liked me back.

"(y/n)– before you... Go, I–" I turned around to face Blue, smiling lightly, "I- I love you!"

My face burnt up instantly, so much so I could rival that of a Shiny Lugia's scales. I was speechless, the boy I liked liked me back too– maybe even loved!
Without thinking, or saying anything, I ran up to him, wrapping my arms around the short boy.

"I-I do too..."

  And with that, he kissed me.

Okay,
Okay. I was seriously scared that I was going to not have a chapter to post tonight. Luckily, I managed to whip a short but (hopefully) good oneshot! I had written this back when I first wanted to start writing oneshots (like a month ago), before I updated or even released the book, but since then I lost what I had with this story, so I just left it with a fairly dead ending in all honesty, but I wanted to get something out, so y'know! I'm working on more soon, but tonight I need to get some sleep muhahaha >w< Also, please know I'll probably be re-writing this at some point, with an actual plot and meaning, until then, I'll leave you guys with this monstrosity! <3
